Beach front dream come true

This unit was beautiful and just as described. Location was great, with lots to do on property, and near Whalers Village for shopping and restaurants. The balcony was amazing for lounging and enjoying the view.

What an amazing vacation! The listing was just as advertised, except it’s even better than any pictures online. The balcony view is breathtaking. The location was convenient to dinners/activities. The pool and beach provided days of fun. We watched whales and turtles from the windows/balcony. Best VRBO property we have ever stayed at.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is exquisite. The owner went above and beyond to answer any questions and make sure we were happy with our accommodations. We sat on the balcony every day and watched whales jump and turtles swimming in the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked and even though we didn’t cook, we could have easily cooked meals there. We would love to use it again some day.

Maui Condo

This is a great property with amazing views!! The condo is very clean and well-equipped. Everything is updated and appliances are new. The balcony which extends from the living area and the master bedroom was where we spent most of our time while at the condo. The owner was extremely helpful with anything we needed assistance with. We highly recommend this condo if you are going to be on Maui.

Truly Home Away From Home

Staying in this condo is truly "home away from home". It's nicely decorated, comfortable furniture/bed and fully equipped kitchen. We only used the air conditioning a few times (primarily because of humidity) but it worked very well especially for Hawaian air conditioning. The best part of the condo was the fabulous views of the ocean. We spent most of our time relaxing on the lanai watching the numerous whales, surfers, and sunrise/sunsets. Raj is a great host.

Great condo with great views.

The condo was large and clean. The kitchen had all the amenities. The views were fantastic with plenty of rainbows, whales turtles and surfers. The pool gets crowded and people tend to save their seats and not show up for hours. That is the only draw back.

Family Vacay on Maui

We arrived and the views were event more stunning than the pictures and this 2 bedroom condo was spacious and directly on the ocean front with great sunset views! The appliances were new and worked perfect for cooking our own breakfast and so close to lots of thinks to eat from pizza to sushi! They had beach chairs and snorkel gear to use and the beach was perfect! The pool was refreshing and it was connected to “The Beach House” where you would order food / drink! We played pickle ball and walked along the beach area in the morning and enjoyed sunset views each evening. A relaxing vacay and would recommend staying at this unit again!

Best view ever

We could not of asked for a better view, every room including the bathrooms have ocean views. We were able to see whales in the distance from our room and we saw many sea turtles while swimming at the beach. The condo was spacious for a unit on Maui with plenty of room for 3 kids and 2 adults. The kitchen was nice and well stocked with appliances (even a coffee grinder) and cookware. Overall the condo unit was excellent, but the best part by far was the expansive and unobstructed views of the ocean and neighboring islands. We definitely plan to come back!

Beautiful!

My family and I just spent 9 days at this beautiful condo. The views from the lanai are stunning. We spent many hours sitting on the lanai just enjoying the views and sounds of the ocean. It was a sad day when we had to leave. We enjoyed the pools and the beach. Raj has thought of everything when it comes to stocking the condo with items needed from kitchenware to beach items. All we had to do was buy groceries! We enjoyed our stay so much, we have already started thinking about our next trip and plan to book with Raj again. Ami C.

Never want to leave

The best place we have rented to date: views in every room (including both washrooms), well equipped kitchen, good quality sheets and towels, beds were comfortable and the furniture looked new. The beach is clean, quiet, 2 pools are clean and not too busy and the proximity to Lahaina and Kapalua make it easy to go out to grab a meal and catch the beautiful scenery. Even my grumpy teenagers had a great time. The only criticism I can think of is that the tennis courts needs some resurfacing, but 2 pickleball courts were brand new (had we known, we would have brought our paddles). We were all very sad to leave on our last day. Maui is a destination worth the travel and Kahana is definitely the place to go.

Simply Beautiful

We had a phenomenal stay at this beautiful property. Everything was exactly as listed and then some. Anything we wanted or needed during our trip was provided in the condo or on the property. Raj was very attentive to any questions we had leading into our trip. After the terrible fires that took so much from the locals, we were torn about keeping our reservation but are so glad that we did. This property is located several miles north of Lahaina and was as beautiful as ever. Every morning was spent drinking coffee on the Lanai while the sun rose and lit up the neighboring islands. We saw several turtles every day while enjoying the warm calm beach located directly in front of the property. The on site pools were great for our young daughter and the adults in our group. There were several delicious restaurants nearby that we were able to enjoy. We would absolutely stay in this condo at this property again. Raj and family really think about your comfort while in their home. They provided everything we wanted and needed to enjoy Maui at its finest.

Super Clean Condo with Awesome Views

First, I was amazed at how clean this condo was. I've stayed at many VRBO places before and this place was the cleanest VRBO that I ever stayed in (which is a testament to the cleaning crew because there is literally sand all over this property). The unit was immaculately cleaned when we arrived. Second, the views from the sixth floor balcony were amazing. We honestly enjoyed sitting on the balcony more than the beach, particularly in the afternoon and evening, so we could watch the sea turtles and sunset. The panoramic view is awe-inspiring. Third, this condo has all the amenities that you need. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances and gadgets that you'll need for your stay. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All of the furniture is newer and very nice. Regarding the Sands of Kahana resort and Kahana Beach, the resort property itself is somewhat dated, although this is not reflected in the condo itself. However, the Sands of Kahana is within walking distance of a great sushi restaurant (Miso Phat) and other amenities you may need (e.g., snorkel rental, general store, etc.). The beach was fantastic and not that crowded. Plus, there's an abundance of sea turtles. We could always see at least three sea turtles from the balcony swimming in the water. And if you like snorkeling, be prepared to snorkel with some sea turtles (they're awesome to behold and are very chill). My family had a blast!

We came to celebrate a birthday and it was truly magical! We saw 50 turtles (at least) from our balcony. The property, snorkeling and restaurant had everything we were looking for. Meals in, meals out - the location was perfect and our unit was perfection!

What an amazing location with view looking directly west to ocean and beautiful sunsets. Saw rainbows over the water almost every morning, and sea turtles swimming by throughout the day. Beach was beautiful with bar right there for quick snacks or drinks. Chairs, towels, noodles, and snorkels provided by owner. Quieter spot for those looking for less commotion with bigger resort locations. Just overall amazing stay and highly recommend it! Thank you Raj for sharing your piece of paradise with us - mahalo👍

Amazing Property

This property is amazing, the view just spectacular, it felt like I was in the ocean that is how close we were and ocean sounds were very calming. The condo has everything you need and more. It is very spacious. The property is clean and the location is just a few miles from Kaanapali and we liked it better because it is way less crowded. We saw sea turtles daily from the condo balcony and while on the beach. You can also snorkel at the property, we saw an eel and multiple colorful fish. The Beach House restaurant is good and very convenient to eat there, you just walk downstairs. Parking for your stay is easy. Do not hesitate to book this property, you will not regret staying here. Great location in Kahana

Spacious condo unit, very well appointed, and views that cannot be beat. Shops for everything you need right there. So convenient in every way, and not as much traffic up in this area compared to Kaanapali Beaches Snorkeling and swimming at beach out front, good pool and spa. Highly recommend for families!

Amazing Place and Views!

Paradise in paradise

The suite. Views to die for. Very clean with nicely working appliance, plenty of room for even our large party (with some kids on couches), beach towels, chairs and gear to use at the beach. All in all, really great: we made coffee and pizza, used the microwave routinely, stocked the frig, did laundry halfway through our trip. Everything worked without issue. Did I say great views? The owner Raj was courteous and very easy to do business with. I would stay in his exact unit again in a heartbeat, no hesitation. Some other reviews mention the AC being at 80 degrees, but a note specifies to close doors and put it at 80 when you're out and about. Great views. When you're back, get comfortable, within reason obviously. For the most part, we didn't need it at all overnight (in early/mid-June), and daytime was trickier - never parked the thermostat below 74 - it gets cool away from the windows. And again: great view!!! The overall Sands of Kahana: great with some hiccups. The beach is great but sand isn't quite as spectacular as some other "white sand beaches" nearby. (By nearby, literally just a 5 minute drive, e.g. to Fleming Beach, which is just spectacular.) Good snorkeling right out front for various fish as well as the occasion al sea turtle. The Beach Grill right on site is great: excellent breakfast and dinner options, and a fine happy hour menu as well. Good drinks for both kids and adults. The swimming pool is fantastic - so warm and just a welcome clean swim after the salty ocean. Some negatives were: only 1 elevator which gave us a fright in our final day by being broken, when one of us needed it due to being in a wheelchair. Fortunately the repair crew got it working in the nick of time. Also, the site has no emergency crutches or wheelchairs for guests to utilize temporarily. I would highly recommend adding these, just in case. Maui: you kiddin'? It's awesome! Great beaches and excursions, excellent eating and shopping, friendly people. Parking can be tricky but that's about the only gripe. Speed limit is usually only around 45 -definitely an "on vacation" vibe... I got home and have been driving so slowly: gotta get my aggression back up. Haha. PS, on the final day, give yourself at least 2 hours to get through the airport if you want to gamble, 3 hours to feel comfortable. It's not a huge airport, but the TSA line is pretty slow and they also have an agricultural scan of everything. Aloha and mahalo. Wow! We loved our trip!

Breathtaking!

Perfect condo with amazing west maui view

Everything about this condo was fantastic! From the pictures and description we were very much looking forward to our stay and your condo didn't disappoint. In fact it was even better than expected! Very well stocked kitchen and appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Most of all enjoyed the lanai overlooking the ocean to soak in the view, watch sea turtles and whales and just relax. I'm already missing falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Thanks for sharing your home in paradise! We will miss it and hope to be back someday.
