Another fabulous stay at this lovely house. Ideal for our family and in a great location for the slopes and local shops and restaurants. Also the train into Zell am See is just around the corner

Lovely family house

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was comfortable,spacious and we'll looked after, with a garden and big terrace for dining. We liked the location as its between Zell and the main shopping area. Would recommend for a family.

A fabulous holiday home

The house is beautiful and in a great area to get to the slopes within 15 minutes with plenty of restaurants nearby. A lovely stroll into Zell am See along the lake is great too.It was the perfect stay for us especially our 16 month old granddaughter who had lots of space to wander about and explore inside and outside of the house.Would definitely stay here again

Perfect Stay!

We were in Zell am See to ski. The location is perfect - within 5 minutes you are at a large parking lot at the ski slopes and there are plenty of bus connections. The apartment is large, good furniture and large kitchen, all complete, spacious and clean. Close to plenty of restaurants and apres-ski options. Perfect stay for 6 adults.

Nice week in a great home

We (2 adults, 1 teenager and a 10 years old) spent a very nice week in Zell am See. The property is great, fully equipped, very clean and with a very nice garden to chill after a day of hiking in the nice mountains. Communication easy and very friendly.

Je moet een klein stukje rijden (5minuten) naar de skipiste, of je neemt de skibus. Het is een heerlijk huis van alle gemakken voorzien. De bakker is vlakbij voor verse broodjes in de ochtend.

Stilvoll eingerichtet und großzügig ausgestattet

Das haus wirkte ab dem ersten Moment sehr wertig, sowohl außen als auch innen. Es wurde an alles gedacht, um Skigruppen einen hohen Komfort zu bieten. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der Skischuppen mit Stiefelheizung und zur Verfügung stehenden Schlitten.Die Müllbeseitigung erfolgte reibungslos. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wunschlos Glücklich

Wir waren mit dem hochwertigen Haus sehr zufrieden. Die Qualität des Hauses war hochwertig und das Haus hatte wirklich alles, was man für den alltäglichen Gebrauch benötigt. So gut ausgestattet, haben wir noch nie ein Ferienhaus erleben dürfen. Es gibt zwei gleich großes Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Kinderzimmer mit einem Hochbett und zwei Vollbäder mit Dusche. Perfekt für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine sehr schöne Küche. Alles war sehr sauber und Frau Graf war supernett hinsichtlich unserer Fragen. Der Garten ist sehr groß und lädt zum Fußballspielen mit den Kids ein. Schüttdorf liegt 15 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und 5 Gehminuten vom See. Wir haben uns in diesem Nachbarort wohler gefühlt, weil es nicht so touristisch war. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten war es auch dichter dran. Must Do: Kaprun Maisi Flitzer und Seilbahn mit Almtour (1,5h), Großglockner-Hochalpenstraße, Schmittenhöhe mit den Kids, Sigmund Thun Klamm und Salzburg (1,5 Stunden Autofahrt.) Strandbad Erlberg ist for free und klasse. Ein großes Plus war auch der Bäcker um die Ecke. Haus und Gegen Schulnote 1!

Ein tolles Haus das man weiterempfehlen kann. Begeistert waren wir auch von der mega gut ausgestatteten Küche und den wunderschönen Geschirr. Es mangelte an überkommt nix außer den etwas unbequemen Esszimmer Stühlen... sonst alles perfekt.

Winterurlaub im Ferienhaus Malmedie

Wir waren eine Woche im Winter da. Die Lage ist ideal. Kurze Wege zum See und zum Skilift Areitexpress. Das alte Haus ist mit sehr viel Stil super schön eingerichtet. Trotzdem fehlt es auch nicht an moderner Ausstattung. Besonders gut hat uns die umfangreiche Ausstattung der Küche gefallen.

Perfekter Urlaub!

Alles perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es hat uns an gar nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, 10 Minuten bis zum Strandbad, das Zentrum ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen!

Sensationell schönes Haus in furchtbarer Umgebung

Das Haus ist wunderschön, der Garten an sich, toll. Bei genauer Betrachtung könnte schon besser geputzt werden (das Kochfeld und der Ofen z.B. waren total verdreckt). Leider gibt es keine Fliegengitter und die Lage mitten im Wohngebiet mit nicht ganz ruhigen Nachbarn ist furchtbar, da ist es auf unserer Terrasse zuhause leiser. Preis/Leistung damit für mich leider nicht i.O. und nur bedingt empfehlenswert für einen Urlaub in einer vermeintlich idyllischer Alpenregion. Da gibt's deutlich schönere Gegenden!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist zentral gelegen. Sehr liebevoll mit vielen schnuckligen Details dekoriert. Sauber und großzügig ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und der Hausdame unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir können das Haus nur herzlich weiterempfehlen.

Besser geht es nicht

Eigentlich wurde über diese Ferienwohnung schon alles gesagt. Aber man kann sie wirklich nur loben. Die Lage ist perfekt - ein Steinwurf weg von einem Bäcker, der immer auf hat. 10 Gehminuten weg vom See und nur eine kurze Gehstrecke bis zu einer Bergbahn. Die Wohnung ist erstklassig ausgestattet und wunderschön eingerichtet. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich von der ersten Sekunde an wohl - Vom Wasserkocher bis zur Wohlfühlmatratze alles sehr gut ausgewählt und gepflegt. Leider verging die Zeit wie im Flug - das ist aber schon die einzige Kritik. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit

Zell Ski Stay

Amazing. Beautiful house enjoyed with family and friends. Immaculately clean. Convenient to ski slopes, shops, restaurants and beautiful walks by the lake. Would definitely recommend.

I, Waltraud, am a native of 'Zell' and settled in Hamburg by choice, despite the distance of 1000 kilometres, we travel regularly with the entire family in our house. Great grandparents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, children and grandchildren, all the generations meet here.

Why an accommodation in Zell am See?
Waltraud Malmedie comes from Zell am See and lives in Hamburg. The house was built in the 1970s by her father. In the spring of 2013 it was completely renovated with great attention to detail and brought up to date with the latest technical standards. Zell am See is the first and second home for Malmedie family.

What makes this property unique

A real home for the family. Zell am See boasts the world-class recreational facilities. Whether hiking, swimming, skiing, cross country skiing, cycling or just relaxing, everything is possible here. Naturally, all of our children have learned to swim and ski here.
