A wonderful luxury apartment with awesome views over the Tauern mountain range, 5 walking-minutes from the 2 x 18 hole golf course & only 900 metres to the nearest ski lifts - "Areitbahn" - taking you directly into the Zeller skiing area with 77 km of ski-slopes. The large living area has a wonderful ambience with a high ceiling of wooden beams & numerous large windows provide for stunning views of the surrounding mountain scenery.

The proximity to the Kaprun glacier makes holiday dreams possible: In summer you can go skiing in the mornings and enjoy sunny afternoons playing golf and swimming in the crystal-clear lake Zell - simply unbeatable!

There is a bus stop basically right outside your front door.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub, Wohnung gut gelegen, ÖPNV und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Geräumige Wohnung für 6 Personen mit toller Aussicht . Nur die recht laute, vielbefahrene Bundesstraße direkt am Haus trübt etwas den Gesamteindruck.

Sauberkeit und Zustand der Ferienwohnung wurde bereits mit Vermieter besprochen. Es wurde uns angeboten den Reinigungsdienst zu schicken, das war sehr nett. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr klein. Vor’m Schrank ein Nachttisch sodass dieser garnicht auf ging. Kofferablage kein Platz. Die Dusche: es kam mehr Wasser am Schlauch raus wie an der brause. Auch ein händig befestigen ging nicht. Die Duschkabine war rechts angebracht, die Dusch Stange war links :( . Ferienwohnung direkt an der Bundesstraße /Hauptstrasse sodass ein schlafen mit offenen Fenster schwierig war und mit Fenster zu viel zu warm. An der anderen Seite lag man an den Zuggleisen. Bei soviel Personen wäre WC getrennt vom Bad besser gewesen. Auch ein Radio wäre super gewesen. Die zwei Einzelbetten waren sehr schief sodass man Angst hatte beim schlafen auf Boden zu purzeln. Daher hat man die Couch vorgezogen. Wir würden leider diese Wohnung nicht mehr buchen. Ansonsten war aber alles ok.

Mooi appartement wat zeer ruim van opzet is. Woonkamer is voorzien van fijne bank en stoelen welke..

Mooi appartement wat zeer ruim van opzet is. Woonkamer is voorzien van fijne bank en stoelen welke ook nog comfortabel zijn. Grote tv, veel wandcontactdozen kortom dikke plus. Keuken is ook rijk uitgerust. De badkamers hebben her en der wel wat beschadigingen maar dat doet niets af aan de functionaliteit. Douche- en ligbad waarbij het uitstappen vrij hoog is. Slaapkamers zijn ook mooi ingericht met voldoende kastruimte. Matrassen zijn prima. Tijdens ons verblijf was het max 23 gr en al best warm binnen. Aan de achterzijde loopt een drukke doorgaande weg. Alleen als je op het balkon zit kun je er “last” van hebben. Aan de voorzijde komt elk half uur een treintje voorbij maar ook die is niet echt storend. In de nabije omgeving is er heeeel veel te doen. Daarvoor ook deze locatie gekozen.
