Your vacation rental includes, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, accessing by three steps to a large comfortable living room with fireplace, a south-facing veranda overlooking the garden by a step, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a laundry area. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with 1 140x190 bed, one bedroom with two 90x190 beds, a bathroom with WC. You will enjoy a garden at the front and at the back of the gîte (approximately 200m2) and a gravelled courtyard of 450m2. Large covered carport for cars or motorcycles. A stone's throw from Île à Bois, in a small village of Lézardrieux, come and relax in this large, spacious and comfortable gite for 8 people. With family or friends, you will enjoy all the comfort and all the facilities for an excellent stay. The wooden island located a few minutes walk will offer you a landscape that varies with the rhythm of the tides, as well as a view of the island of Bréhat which you can visit from the Ploubazlanec pier, located 20 minutes by car. Other remarkable places not to be missed: the furrow of Talbert 10 mins away, the Château de la Roche Jagu 20 mins away... Tréguier 16 km away, Paimpol 10km away. Enjoy a pleasant and spacious cottage 5 minutes walk from the sea.
