Disappointed

This is one of our favorite weeks of the year meeting up with all our family & relatives- I come prepared with my own baking pans and supplies, food prepped, ready to make and bake and share with our extended crew- to not be able to have use of a stovetop or oven sat-late Tuesday was beyond frustrating. This was not to mention all the time first with the “chatbot,@ then the emails, calls and finally the trip to the office where I leaned they knew the oven was not working before we arrived. Then no follow up until I called back- and even though I was told there would be a credit, no one has reached out or answered. All very disappointing.

Fun at Bethany

The place was phenomenal. It had a great beach theme. All accommodations were wonderful. All amenities were great! I had a relaxing, fun visit with incredible views, would book again!

Could have been Better!!

The Sea Colony facility has always been great. This unit was not great. Upon arrival, the room was not very clean. Sand in the hall as well as the master bathroom tub. We found toe nail clippings on the floor of the bathroom. The closet doors in the master bedroom were broken and in the den, there sat on the floor an unused printer/scanner. The sliding glass door could have used some oil as it was very difficult to open. Also, the dryer needed to be run a couple of times when drying clothes. When you spend over $4K in total, you should expect to see something more up to date and presentable. Definitely not worth the money!!

Great location & view

Centrally located and high enough to get an excellent view of the ocean and shoreline. Shade on balcony for most of the day so you can sit outside and relax. Comfortable chairs in the living area.

Comfortable and Clean Condo with Amazing Views of the Ocean

We also liked the proximity to the pools and beach. Perfect amount of space for our family of five. Could use a little bit of updating, but that would not dissuade us from coming back.

Fantastic unit.

Very clean, well maintained, updated unit with fantastic view of the ocean and main pool/deck. Also right above the store for easy access to coffee, snacks, and lunch.

Great beach location

Property is perfect, with a few minor issues. Everything needed for a great beach stay, including needs in the condo as well as beach chairs & deck furniture.

Farragut 512 Sea Colony

This unit was filthy upon arrival. There are many rooms that had outlets that sparked. Dishes in the drawer and in the cupboards were filthy. The coffee machine still had coffee grounds all over it and in it. The hand towels hanging up were dirty. I had to dig a nickel out of the garbage disposal. The sprayer hook up in the sink had mold and was disgusting. The mattresses were completely worn out in all rooms except the master. The linen was not changed when we arrived and had to check in an hour later than the original contact. We had to call numerous times to get the linen finally changed. The cupboard doors don't close and stay closed. The stocked locker for beach chairs had old rusty chairs that were not usable. There is sand build up in the dryer lint catch. Screen in master bedroom was loose and rattling when the window was opened. I called on the 2nd day with all the issues after I was there and did not receive a call back until the day before I left after I had to call back numerous times. When I first called the compensation offer was insulting. Last compensation offer was better but still lacking. This unit and all these unsuitable issues ruined the overall experience for a birthday trip we planned for my mother.
