Overlook the surf and sand from the balcony of this sixth floor, oceanfront condo with lots of updates for the 2023 season! Guests will find new decor throughout, including a new sofa, loveseat, and chair in the living room. One of the bedrooms now features a king mattress, and safety bars have been added to both bedrooms.

The one-level layout features a living and dining area, den, updated full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the primary suite, with an updated bathroom of its own. Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort condominium features renovated, cottage-style beadboard cabinetry, granite countertops, and all-new appliances in the kitchen. More vacation necessities include central AC and a washer/dryer. Entertainment options include four TVs, two DVD players, and free WiFi.

Great Vacation at the Sea Colony!

The view was spectacular and there was so much to do: Pickleball, Tennis, Gym, Biking, Pools and of course the beach! Everything was so convenient and close...you can even walk to restaurants in town.

This home is a great set up for a family of 5. Kitchen stocked well. Plenty of seating for my family. The king bed is comfortable, the queen mattress could be better.

Great location and space

Nice location and space. Great views of the beach and easy bike ride or walk into town. As advertised. The only negative was a previous renters used a bathroom drawer as a garbage can including water bottles, used tissues, used makeup wipes (at least we hope that’s what they were), used toothpicks and toe nail clippings. Very gross, disgusting, and disrespectful to the property, homeowner, and renters.

Nice place and location. Nice views from the balcony.The unit matches the description. The only issue was when we discovered a previous renter had used one of the master bathroom drawers as a garbage can. Great location and number of beds

It was a great location for us. We had enough beds for everyone without sharing which is huge. There were left over items from the previous renters (water bottle, bikini bottom, toys) which was mentioned to the cleaning company Vacasa. The kitchen is very small with the laundry in there as well. They did have a lot of kitchen tools though. A broom would go a longgggg way. The vacuum just didnt cut it with the sand. Lots of towels and blankets

Check in was ok could not get the lock to unlock. View was spectacular , had to clean a few things dishes in the dish washer cleaned the bathrooms but would stay again. Place could’ve updated

The overall layout and location of the unit were great. It was nothing fancy but it worked for our long weekend beach trip. Great views of the ocean. The one biggest issue was the bedframe in the queen room.... it was honestly unstable, they'd be better off just putting the mattress on the floor. Every single movement caused the entire thing to shake and squeak loudly. The parking spot reserved for the unit is also not really a parking spot. Unless you have a very compact car there's no way your car will fit in it, but that was fine because we just didn't use it and parked in the unreserved spots for the week.

Disappointed with unit for price.

Not kept up or clean. The walls had huge spots like something was splattered everywhere… beyond normal wear and tear of a rental. Needs to at least be repainted and thoroughly cleaned. Fans, tile grout, floor corners dirty. Most faucets leaked and dryer didn’t work. When Maintenance was called they said they were already there the week prior about it. Nothing like coming home from vacay with laundry to do. Homeowner needs to clean and update the place. Parking spot is ridiculous to be called a parking spot. It’s a corner leftover sliver. Location, oceanfront view, and amenities were all positives.

Love Sea Colony

I love the resort! It's clean, well maintained and staffed. The condo is in a great location, close to the pools and beach. As for the condo, the size worked well for us. The layout is nice, and the kitchen is well stocked. The condo, as obvious from the pictures, is dated, however, which we knew when we rented it. I don't mind dated. I do like clean, though, and the walls of the condo are in need of a good scrub-down or a coat or primer and paint. Also, the queen bed not in the master squeaks with every movement because of the metal bed frame. I popped in ear plugs and slept okay, but some people might not like to do that. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay tremendously.

pros: right on the beach, right next to pools, 20 minute walk up to the small boardwalk/shopping area, access to all of the sea colony amenities, full kitchen, decently updated unit cons: the beds were so uncomfortable, unfortunately. living room furniture is also uncomfortable but not a big deal. tv is small but also not a big deal. it wasn’t the cleanest when we got there, but it was ok. our group was just really sore all week from the beds. I feel like for a unit that is pretty expensive from a weekly standpoint, maybe swing for 2 decent mattresses for next year. also, there is no vacuum to use. there was only an outdoor broom and it was hard to pick up the sand with that each day. other than that, loved it! it’s a little pricey but the private beach is beautiful and I loved the sea colony amenities.

Good location, generally nice place, but basic maintenance neglected

Having stayed at other Sea Colony condos in the past, this one doesn't quite stack up to the standards. Location was perfect; view was perfect; general amenities were acceptable. Although the condo SMELLED clean as soon as we walked in, there were some basic maintenace issues that were not and have not been addressed. There was a pile of sand on one of the kitchen chairs and some on the kitchen table, not to mention we could still feel some throughout the bare floors. There was no vaccum for us to use to do our own cleaning. There were burnt out light bulbs in both bathrooms as well as on the light fixture above the kitchen table. The kitchen faucet is pretty disgusting and should be replaced. The bathroom in master bedroom makes and awful noise when you turn it on. There were no dish towels available but we found some in a closet that I believe was the owners private closet (that was not locked). There were soaps scraps from previous renter left in the bathtub of the master bathroom. This condo is managed by Vacasa. I will be providing them with the same feedback. I realize these are all small, manageable issues ...and we dealt with them while there, but better attention should be paid to this condo.
