Had a great stay. As close to the beach as you can get and also easy walking to shops bakeries restaurants and market. The pool was great for cooling off. I’m sure we swam every day.

Beautiful house and place

We had such a great week with the family. The house was nicer than in the pictures and the location was great right next to the beach. And the pool was amazing!

The property was beautifully appointed . If provided us with a delightful and restful holiday meeting the needs of a wide range of ages compensating for the weather; a huge storm that restricted us at one point.

Beautiful house with a stunning yard

Our adult family of five just finished a week-long stay. The house was immaculate when we arrived. It’s very spacious, and I was surprised that all of the bathrooms (except the powder room) were en suite, which was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked. There are air conditioners in every room, and they worked well. The “backyard” (in quotes because it seems inadequate) is really spectacular. We loved the covered patio area for just hanging out. The house is on a fairly busy road, but it’s up some steps, so quite quiet. It’s very close to the beach and a nice walk to Vieil Antibes. The local Eric Kayser is a 5-minute walk and the small grocery store is only a few minutes farther. There is a garage, but it’s possible that I have two cars (as we did). Just make sure you understand exactly where the car outside the garage is supposed to be. The layout of the house was perfect for us. I don’t think it would be suitable for small children or people with mobility issues because there are a lot of stairs. A word about the hosts: Marie-Caroline was my primary contact, and I can’t say enough about how helpful and responsive she was through out the entire process. We obviously really enjoyed this house and our stay.

We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday in Antibes and would happily stay at this villa again.The villa is full of character, combining beautiful traditional architecture with all the modern comforts you need. The open-plan kitchen and living area was perfect for family time.Although the pool isn't heated, it honestly didn't need to be. It was the ideal temperature to cool off without feeling cold. The garden is beautifully maintained and well equipped with inflatables for the children, pétanque balls, and courts just across the road.The location is exceptional. The beach is literally across the road, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, watersports and beach facilities. My favourite spot was the boulangerie just 100 metres away, where we enjoyed hot croissants, freshly baked baguettes and pastries every morning.Antibes Old Town is around a 15-minute walk along the seafront and is a real highlight, with its daily market, excellent restaurants and lively evening atmosphere.A special mention must go to our host, Marie-Caroline, who was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The handover was effortless, and any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently.This villa offers the perfect combination of charm, comfort and an unbeatable location. We made wonderful family memories here and would not hesitate to return for another holiday.

Beautiful house in a great location!

Wonderful host and everything you need for an amazing trip. Just outside the amazing old town (.5 mile walk) but RIGHT across from the beach. Great air conditioning and beautiful pool and outdoor dining areas. Great house!
