Ascent 408 - 4 Bedroom Residence

This divine, top floor, two-level Platinum residence offers vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and surround sound in the great room, full kitchen with gas range and four guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, two with king size beds, the third with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, the fourth with two twin beds that can be made into a king. Additional features include air conditioning, a washer/dryer, private ski locker, on-site parking for one vehicle and complimentary ski season shuttle to/from Vail and Beaver Creek.

Guests will enjoy exceptional views of the park, Avon, Eagle River and the surrounding mountains, and the convenience of staying steps from Avon restaurants, bars and shops. There’s also a fitness center, indoor lap pool, hot tubs, a gas BBQ and fireplace available for use.

Per Ascent HOA Rules & Regulations, regardless of bedding only 2 rental guests are allowed in each room with the exception of infants under 1 year old.

Perfect condo for extended family. Great space and shuttle is an extra perk. Kids loved the game room.

Great unit in a great location!

Super spacious and clean, well-stocked, and the building amenities were great. (Our kids loved the game room!) It was an easy walk to many restaurants and coffee shops or to the shuttle up to Beaver Creek. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great property, condo and location

This is a wonderful vacation rental. The pictures really don't do it justice. It was lovely, clean and well suited for two families. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. We would definitely stay here again! The property management team was helpful and very easy to work with!

The unit is huge and well stocked. It was absolutely perfect for 2 families of 4. It was a short and easy drive to Vail. There is a shuttle and we did use 1x to get picked up from Vail, however, the times were inconvenient and there was no phone number to contact and ask questions, just an app. The building itself is very nice with a game room and just a nice hangout space. We did use the pool and hot tub as well. If we come back to the area, we would 100% want to stay in this unit.

This condo was absolutely beautiful and very very clean. The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture all new, the pool, hot tubs and gym were wonderful. Greg at the front was very helpful and friendly. Shuttle service was a big bonus! Perfect stay. 5 stars. We will be back.
