The two bedroom, two story unit is one half of a side by side duplex - each with its own address and entrances. The owner lives in the second unit, so you will have easy access to information regarding the property and surrounding neighborhood. The two large bedrooms can easily accommodate a family of five (or more if you're really cozy). The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed, along with a full size sleeper sofa.

In addition to the dedicated dining room, there is a sunny breakfast nook off of the kitchen. A dog door opens to an enclosed yard if you travel with your four legged friend. The 2 large bedrooms easily accommodate a family of five. Bedroom one has a king size, and the second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed along with a sleeper sofa that opens to a full size bed. Guests in for a weekend? The sofa in the living room also opens to a full size bed.
