Very charming summer house close to beach

This is a great villa for a small family. The property is super charming and better than the photos. Location - 10 min walk to beach, 15 to juan les pin, supermarket and traditional bakery within 10min walk, great playground 3 min walk. Villa- well equipped kitchen, wonderful outdoor space with trees and parking. There is 1 bathroom and 2 shower room. You generally dont need a car unless you want to do day trips to other towns in the cote. If you do want to do such trips, the villa is 3 min drive to the main road going to antibes and cannes, which helps avoid the bad traffic around the town. Host- Marie is a fantastic host, great communjcation, always responded promptly when we had question. Highly recommend!!! We had a great time in the house in June. It does get a bit hot and there is no air con, however the house allows for a draft to be created, so very manageable.

TrÚs belle maison et bien située

La maison et son jardin au calme sont parfaits pour un sĂ©jour dĂ©paysant. L’équipement est complet, les commerces et la plage sont atteignables Ă  pied et on est non loin de l’arriĂšre-pays. Un grand merci Ă  Marie avec qui la communication Ă©tait rapide et efficace.

Ruhiges und schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame und schöne Wochen in diesem gemĂŒtlichen Ferienhaus. Es hat alles, was man fĂŒr einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Es ist gemĂŒtlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Wie schon in einer anderen Bewertung geschrieben, ist es nicht klimatisiert, da es Ende August nachts aber gut abgekĂŒhlt hat, war das kein Problem. Auch mit Kleinkind und Kind ist man schnell zu Fuß an den StrĂ€nden von Juan les Pines, gleichzeitig liegt das Haus sehr ruhig, so dass man vom abendlichen Trubel nichts mitbekommt. FĂŒr uns war das perfekt. In Laufweite ist ein Supermarkt und ein Park mit einem schönen Spielplatz. Eine kleine Herausforderung war die Einfahrt in den Hof, da die Straße und auch das Tor relativ schmal sind. Mit unserem Kombi mussten wir immer ein bisschen rangieren. Die HausĂŒbergabe hat perfekt geklappt. Marie antwortet auf Nachrichten schnell und zuverlĂ€ssig, die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Sie hat auch wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts regelmĂ€ĂŸig nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können einen Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle ruhige Lage in StrandnÀhe

Individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was man fĂŒr einen kĂŒrzeren oder auch lĂ€ngeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Toll der eigene Garten, die StrandnĂ€he zu Juan les Pins (10min zu Fuß, 5min mit Rad). Die HausĂŒbergabe erfolgt von Mary, die fĂŒr alles ein offenes Ohr hat. Im heurigen Jahr ist die Moskito-Plage verschĂ€rft, also unbedingt sich ausrĂŒsten, um abends den Garten geniessen zu können. Es empfiehlt sich, das Auto im Carport stehen zu lasssen und ein e-Bike zu mieten, damit ist auch Antibes gut erreichbar. FĂŒr uns ein wunderbarer, erholsamer Aufenthalt!
