Magnificent, renovated farmhouse of 250 m² on a large, enclosed, wooded lot of 7,000 m² with an 11 m by 5 m heated pool. Four spacious bedrooms, plus one bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and one bathroom with a shower and toilet. Large, fully equipped kitchen. Three ovens: conventional, steam, and microwave. Glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, wine cooler, and fridge-freezer. 50 m² living room. Double-exposure terrace with a shade sail and a retractable awning. Barbecue on the furnished terrace (garden furniture, armchairs, lounge chairs).

The warmth of Lionello's welcome matched the weather. He was gentlemanly, pleasant, very helpful and responded positively to any queries.The house was spotless,and is equipped to the highest standard. The furniture, kitchen and bathroom equipment all are of superior quality.The house is on a large, beautifully landscaped and very secure site in a quiet rural area. The 11 metre pool is superb, and given the heatwave, a welcome amenity. There are steps into the pool, which are a great help to anyone with mobility issues.

Excellente prestation, au-delà de nos attentes !!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette magnifique maison. Très propre, joliment décoré, tout confort et literie plus que confortable, tout était parfait!! Jardin et piscine très agréable… Propriétaire sympathique, bonne communication et très bon accueil. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette jolie Villa. Nous y reviendrons c’est certains
