All of the furniture, linens and amenities are brand new!

We are at the base of the mtn and it is ski in/out -- perfect spot for a season with limited indoor access at the base lodge.

The unit is on the 2nd floor with amazing valley views! The building has an outdoor heated pool open all season and 2 hot tubs on a heated patio. There is a gym, ski locker room and a 4,000 sq ft club room.

We spoke to this guest about 10 times while they were at the unit and never once were informed about any of these issues. I know they had trouble entering the Nest code to unlock the front door, which we quickly walked them thru and resolved. We have never had any issues with our linens and have lots of extra in storage, so we easily could have swapped them out. We buy new linens every year. The AC system is top notch and powered by the building as it is central air. We do have nest thermostat as well so maybe they did not know how to operate it. We use a professional cleaning service and if any guest has an issue, we can easily send them back to resolve it. This was our first negative review. We are a bit disappointed to not have had a chance to resolve these issues during their stay.

Thanksgiving Holiday Trip

The Condo was very well kept, clean with luxurious finishes and well stocked. The owner was very responsive and made the stay very comfortable. For skiers great location with easy access to slops. The heated pool and jacuzzi outside, including the gym was a plus. We would return again.

This condo was exactly as described and pictured. Beautiful views. The furniture was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Phone chargers throughout the condo. The pool and hot tub were great. 100% would recommend and would book again.

The condo was beautiful, comfortable beds, well appointed bathrooms including hotel style bath products. The host provided many charging stations throughout the unit for all your electronic needs. Lovely linens, just can’t say enough about how this location help make a great three day vacation for all our family. You won’t be disappointed.

Exactly what I wanted

This was the first time I used VRBO. Neil was amazing the whole time. He went above and beyond for me. Unfortunately the morning I was supposed to leave my daughter was positive for the covid so I couldn’t go but sent my cousin and his family. We were all supposed to be together but they enjoyed their stay and I would defintely try and book again
