Peaceful mountain cabin on 6 private, gated acres with views of Springer Mountain. Enjoy a cozy escape with a fire pit, game loft, smart TV, fast WiFi, and full kitchen. All paved access—no gravel or 4x4 needed—with space to park cars or an RV. Just minutes from hiking, wineries, and downtown Ellijay. Ideal for couples or families looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the quiet beauty of the mountains.

Perfectly nestled between downtown Ellijay and Blue Ridge, our cabin offers the best of North Georgia just minutes away—tubing, kayaking, trout fishing, world-class hiking, and boating on Lake Blue Ridge or Carters Lake. Nearby adventures include Amicalola Falls, zip-lining, mountain biking, horseback riding, wineries, and apple orchards.

This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin (plus loft) sleeps 6 comfortably with a king, queen, and full-size bunk beds. Inside, enjoy Smart TVs with cable in the living room and both bedrooms, a collection of DVDs, and classic board games for family fun. Fiber optic high-speed internet keeps you connected if needed.

Cook at home in a fully stocked kitchen or unwind outside in the spacious hot tub while soaking in mountain views. End the evening around the fire pit under the stars—s’mores encouraged. Very welcoming! Owner response was very quick. Very easy and efficient. The place was lovely and had everything we needed. Easy to navigate with a late night check in. No sketchy mountain driving or parking. Would stay again!

This place had everything we needed and more! Also the communication was very quick and helpful. We most definitely will stay here again! We chose to just go as a romantic getaway for my husband and I, but there was so much for the kids to do and so many activities and games for them to do for next time!

My husband, our 3 kids (6,5,2), and I travel a lot. We have never been to a cleaner, nicer place. The cabin had everything we needed plus some. We really enjoyed it, and my kids are already begging to come back asap! We will definitely be coming back soon. PS the downstairs shower head was like getting a head massage at the beauty shop. It was awesome

This is our second stay at Hibernation Station. Ricardo is an awesome host. He sincerely wants you to enjoy your stay. He is very quick to respond and always respectful. The home is very welcoming, warm, immaculate, everything we could want for comfort was already there. The property is private and well maintained and again great for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the Hot tub and also the firepit.

The cabin was more than well equipped as were the bathrooms with amenities, extra clean towels. We go to the mountains 3-4 times a year and this cabin was by far one of the best cabins that we have encountered. Clean , spacious, beautiful on inside and the property has breathtaking views! The host was very attentive , informative and nice . Will most definitely be coming back ! Thank you Ricardo -we throughly loved our stay! It was such a nice touch celebrating our anniversary!

The house was a little further out than I thought. However, it is a beautiful home!! It was very welcoming and my husband and I were in awe of the beautiful master bedroom furnishings!! That is a gorgeous, rustic bedroom set!! All of the beds and decor in general are just gorgeous! Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay there, it was delightful and a very needed break

Perfect location!

Perfect location, far enough away from town to eliminate light pollution yet cloce enough if you need to make a trip into town. The cabin had everything you would need and was exceptionally clean, neat and organized. I would recommend this location to anyone and would stay here again.

Great Venue for Men’s Spiritual Retreat!

Communication w host was excellent and he really went “above and beyond” to try to help us; had some minor problems w the fireplace, but otherwise a great stay!! Beautiful location in North Georgia mountains and plenty of dining and other activity opportunities in Ellijay! Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway!!

Simply stunning

If you want to get away and enjoy pure relaxation this is the spot for you I highly recommend this cabin and will be returning in the fall the cabin was clean and fresh I can’t say enough good things about it you won’t be disappointed with this cabin I promise the host was super attentive and accommodating and the view was spectacular truly a 10/10
