Come and spend a pleasant stay in Courseulles-sur-Mer in this flat ideal for a family!
In a quiet area, it is close to the beach (500m) and the shops (800m).

You will have a beautiful bright living room with a lounge area, a dining area, an open plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom, a loggia and a roof terrace with garden furniture to enjoy sunny moments.
Bed linen and towels are extra.

The flat:
Located on the 3rd floor, accessible by a staircase, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- Bright living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table and access to the balcony.
- A separate kitchen equipped with fridge, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine Krups - Dolce Gusto....
- A loggia with 2 benches, table and chair, ideal for a quiet moment.

Night space:
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2 with bunk beds and an additional bed (90 x 200 cm) for 3 people.
- A bathroom with a bathtub and a double washbasin.
- A second bathroom with shower and washbasin, changing table and baby bath.
- Separate WC.

- Balcony of 2.5m² with sun lounger, garden furniture (sofa and two armchairs).

Excellent location

Flat is in excellent location although up 3 flights of spiral staircase so not good if you have limited mobility. Not sure how you would fit in 7 people as advertised- a double bed and bunk beds for 2. Settee didn’t look like it was a sofa bed and no idea where other 3 people would sleep. Main areas were clean but pots and pans, crockery and cutlery were all covered in a greasy white film and food crumbs in drawers - had to wash things before using. Excellent communication regarding visit and dealt with issues quickly (broken kettle and smoke alarm battery failing). Enjoyed our stay there - good value and is a great place to stay For visiting d-day beaches in Normandy

Le Cockpit "Excellent séjour à Courseulles. Nous étions 6 voyageurs. Le petit appartement était plein de charme et correspondait exactement aux photos. Cependant, il y avait quelques aspects à améliorer : il y avait un manque d'obscurité pour dormir dans le salon car le volet était cassé, et le mobilier de la terrasse n'avait pas été nettoyé avant notre arrivée. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un très bon séjour !"

Le Cockpit "Alojamiento bonito y bien situado con falta de mantenimiento y de limpieza. 🙂 El alojamiento es bonito, es en dos plantas, abajo cocina salón, baño con bañera, wáter, y arriba 2 dormitorios ducha y terraza exterior. la parte de arriba es agaterada, un poco incómoda en ese sentido, pero ya se ve en las fotos, adaptado todo para familias con niños, juguetes, cuna viaje, cambiador... los edredones y las almohadas muy sucios con manchas que daban asco, la terraza llena de excrementos de pájaros y telas de araña. La cocina americana junto con el salón están muy completos, mucha vajilla, muchos utensilios de cocina, gran cantidad de cacerolas y sartenes, pero los vasos y tazas estaban sucios. Supongo que los anteriores huéspedes no limpiaron esta vajilla, aunque no creo que sea su cometido. Las sábanas y las toallas son de alquiler, nosotros lo llevábamos así que no lo solicitamos. El alojamiento dispone de zona de aparcamiento. El anfitrión es encantador, nos ayudó mucho con el idioma y con el acceso al alojamiento. 🙁 La limpieza no existe, deben de pasar por encima el suelo, porque el resto estaba muy sucio, la terraza con excrementos de pájaros, y telas de araña, los edredones, almohadas, y cubre colchones con manchas, parte de la vasija sucia, los cajones por dentro sucios, incluso algún huésped se había dejado ropa en un cajón. La puerta del mueble de la lavadora desmontada, luces que funcionaban mal, o no funcionaban, en resumen sucio y con falta de mantenimiento."

Le Cockpit "🙂 Appartement spacieux, bien situé géographiquement et très pratique avec sa grande cuisine et son grand espace salon, salle-à-manger. Très pratique également pour ses deux salles de bains. 🙁 Appartement malheureusement sale, matelas également sales. Nous avons dû nettoyer les alaises avant de les utiliser car également trop sales. La terrasse était inutilisable car le sol et les meubles de jardin étaient maculées de fientes d'oiseaux. L'appartement est également mal isolé, car nous avons eu froid à cause du vent. On sentait l'air circuler bien que les fenêtres et les portes euent été fermées."

Le Cockpit Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce grand appartement très agréable avec un enfant en bas age. La cuisine est agréable à utiliser et bien aménagée il y a tout le nécessaire. Les lits sont confortables. Les seuls bémols ont été le manque de volet ou de rideaux pour garantir l’obscurité dans le salon ou il y a un couchage, la terrasse qui n'est pas de plein pied. De plus, une voiture garée sur le parking a eu son pare-brise arrière brisé durant notre séjour donc nous n'avons pas été serein pour notre véhicule.
