Great location in a quite residential community, approx 1 mile from the downtown courthouse square and the historic Whiskey Row. This 3 bedroom/2 bath home includes designer furnishings, luxury bedding and linens (Cal King, Queen and 1 twin bed), a fully equipped kitchen, 3 large screen smart TV's, enclosed yard (pets considered), a nice deck to enjoy a beautiful forest view, 2 car garage, electric fireplace and a gas BBQ . (Note: This home has an attached one bedroom casita which is rented on a long-term basis. Pretty in the Pines

We were pleased with this property for many reasons. It was clean and beautifully furnished, the kitchen was very well equipped, the location was convenient to the town square and a main cross-town road, and the long wall of windows in the living area provided a great view. The covered deck off the livingroom is a very comfortable spot to hangout, but since we were here during a month of wintry conditions we didn't use it much. But we really appreciated the cozy fireplace on those chilly days. Jayne was very helpful and quick to respond when we texted her with questions. She kindly arranged an early check-in for us because there was a big snowstorm about to hit. There is a long term renter in the lower level of this home, and it was really a non-issue. His apartment is completely separate from the rest of the house. He was quiet, and gone for much of the time. During the 30 days we were there, we only saw him twice, and he was cordial and respectful of our privacy.

A very comfortable stay in Prescott

My wife and I and our two 20+ yo kids had a wonderful stay at this home during Thanksgiving week 2021. We highly recommend it for either short or longer stays. The home is nicely decorated and comfortable for a family of four or two couples, whether gathering for a meal (the table seats 4, as does the kitchen counter) or watching a movie / football. The kitchen was well-equipped - we prepared most of our meals during the week, including Thanksgiving dinner (turkey and all the usual side dishes). The internet, wifi, and streaming services all worked extremely well (both our kids worked 'from home' for three of the days of our stay). The neighborhood is very quiet, making it easy to sit out and enjoy the front deck or get a good night's sleep. The driveway is short and steep - we found it best to actually pull up past the house, then back up the driveway and into the level garage. There is a Safeway grocery store at the bottom of the neighborhood - within walking distance but all uphill on the return trip. Downtown Prescott is only a 5 minute drive, where we enjoyed the local crafts at Lazy G's, Ad Astra, and Prescott Brewing Company. All in all, a great stay at a highly recommended home.
