We are Located on the beach ! The Beach is attached to the hotel.. Clean, Comfy, renovated and Convenient.
You will love this cozy, beautiufl one bedroom apartment with king bed , futon and walk-in closet. We also have separate alcove area with queen bed, desk and TV.
In the spacious living room there is a pull out sofa bed and TV. This unit sleeps 7 people. We also have xtra cots if needed.
Plenty of space! A great place to unwind in this beautiful and tastefully furnished apartment. Breathe in the fresh ocean air. Large Bathroom is located in the bedroom and has two sinks.

We enjoyed our stay. The location on the beach was great, the unit was very clean and made a good home base for the weekend. The Valets were efficient, The Tiki bar was convenient and had decent food. We had a good vacation and I would book again.

This place was well beyond our expectations. Beautiful Condo with City and sunset view. The tiki bar on site has great food and drinks and pool side service. The pool area could have been a little cleaner, but the view was spectacular. There is a small partial view of the ocean, but its not considered "ocean view." We loved it so much here as a family with younger children, that we booked it again for next year.

Pool was great! Property was clean, valet service was awesome, paying for pool towels was a bit ridiculous. Front desk staff were very rude to us since we weren't technically "hotel guests". Also, it would have been nice to have access to a broom. Sand was all over the floor within the first 25 mins and it just got worse the entire stay.

The property location is perfect. Our condo was clean and well equipped. The tiki bar and bartenders were awesome! The pool area really needs to be updated and cleaned. There was debris and garbage all around the pool even first thing in the morning. There was white foamy scum in the water and should have been cleaned throughout the day. The beach had a lot of Sargassum which was cleaned every day but the sand by the property had garbage and cig butts, etc . Which should have been raked up everyday. We have stayed at this property twice before and overall found it to be improved with the exception of the pool area and the sand at the beach. I hope they are able to improve the pool and beach area. We will definitely return as we love the location, the condo and especially our favorite bartenders Taylor and Cassandra! We love the food at the Tiki bar, the spa and massage, the coffee bar in the lobby and Calabria !

Relatively clean. I have been to better but have also seen worse. New remodel compared to rooms that you would get directly through the hotel. Good price point for what you get. Beds were very comfortable, even sofa bed. View was of front parking lot, but that didn’t matter to us. Pool was decent but we heard it was only contracted to be cleaned 3x week. Just needed skimmed really. Tiki bar very convenient but pricey as you would expect.

Everything was great. The photos are real and accurately represent what you see in the listing. Everything you need to feel comfortable and at home was provided.During our stay, there was heavy construction on the building next door (noise during the day). We also had to pay an additional 18 per day for parking and another 20 for the long beach chair.One last thing, which seemed unusual to me: even though we paid in full, they only provided the apartment number and the entry code (that usual) one day before our arrival.Very satisfied — we highly recommend!

Condo was great except for the view of a parking lot with construction. Ad made it sound a little nicer. Also be prepared to pay 30 dollars a day for 2 chairs and they add their own tip in so don’t give them any extra. Would be nice if condo provides nice beach chairs so guests don’t have to go through that everyday. Staff at resort very friendly since they add their own tip on everything including coffee so again look at all your bills. Tiki bar was nice .

Absolutely Beyond Our Expecatations

This condo was ABSOLUTELY gorgeous. (We would've paid twice as much just for the views and the locality to the beach). We stayed at a lot of condos/houses in Florida and this is in our top 3 easily. Would stay again and recommend to friends/family.
