A modern and bright 3-room apartment for max. 4 persons. 2 Upstairs. A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet offer ideal conditions for a vacation for four. The living area with open, small and all equipped kitchen has an access to a balcony. There, the sun can be enjoyed from noon.

Availability:
Normally bookings from Saturday to Saturday (exceptions possible), but not less than 7 days. Only in the mid and low season bookings with minimum stay of 5 nights at any of arrival. Shorter stays and special arrangements upon request.

Charges:
Tourist tax is even paid to the city, cleaning included.

Special features:


Towels leihbar: 9, - € for 3 towels. Linen change on request: 18, - € per person. Waste disposal on request: 20, - € + waste paper, 20, - € glass. Up to 2 cots undeliverable. Deposit 100, - €, interim cleaning in consultation with the local administration. Child care in consultation with the administration possible. With an occupancy of more than two adults will be charged per day / night a group supplement of 30, - €.

Smoking is prohibited in all apartments and on terraces and balconies.
