This is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom. Located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. Large private backyard with a nice cozy porch. At Poinsettia Hitghts district on the corner of the tranquil street. The house is less than 2 miles or 5 minutes' drive from the Beach and Olas restaurants and Bars district. Grocery Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Has an open floor plan with a full kitchen, comfortable King bed, and Queen bed with fresh linens, washer, and dryer.
The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and other essentials.
The kitchen is stocked with all house essentials to cook a great dinner.

Quiet, Clean & Well Appointed

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The communication with the property manager was great. This house is much bigger than we expected. It was VERY clean and well appointed. Our little dog loved to run in the big, fenced back yard while I relaxed on the deck with my morning coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice bungalow

Quaint large older bungalow. Internet and TV were spotty. But, good for families and we would have stayed longer if it wasn't already booked

Needs work

I stayed 4days. The cleaning crew could have done a better job , there was dog hair everywhere when we arrived. The backyard and deck needs a major renovation. The baseboards and flooring needs work done. Nice size kitchen. Nice quiet neighborhood not far from the beach.

Quite place

The neighborhood was quiet and house was ok. Floor boards on deck were bad to where tig couldn't really use back porch and the inside hard floor was coming up in some places where it hurt the foot if you stepped wrong. Also looked like something scratches up floor by kitchen table where it was rough if you steps on it. A/c sounded rough and back room got super hot if you didn't leave door open. It was a clean house just had some rough cosmetic concerns.

Almost Perfect!

The Casa Xrunki was an overall excellent experience. The Casa is very clean, comfortable (tempurpedic beds a HUGE plus), spacious, and sits in a lovely neighborhood where you can walk around and admire the homes and the landscaping. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our large dog, who enjoyed the air conditioning as well. The kitchen needs many amenities: a toaster oven, oven mitts, kitchen towels, more silverware, large coffee mugs. The bathroom could use some hooks to hold clothing and towels; and it would be wonderful if the owner could provide some portable beach chairs. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. So despite some missing items, we would highly recommend this rental!

Ft Lauderdale Visit

We stayed at this rental for 17 days. We really appreciated the provision of a gas grill and the lush landscaping of the neighborhood to the north, where we walked our dog often. We were disappointed with the maintenance of the property, including a non-working furnace (2 space heaters were eventually provided), vinyl planking flooring that was coming up, chipping paint in the bath tub tiles, slowly draining sinks, sparse accomodations (no dressers, limited towels, dishes, silverware, etc.) and untrimmed bushes around the house. The host should improve communication by providing written information about the area (restaurants, attractions, etc), directions and procedures for garbage, checkout, etc., and responding to questions and problems promptly.

Pro’s & Con’s, probably would stay again.

With a little more effort, this place could be a killer Vrbo! Pro’s are location, home size, quiet neighborhood, backyard size, nice yard deck/canopy, nice kitchen/dining area, comfortable master bed. Con’s are there’s been some water issues and the hallway and master bedroom floors are coming up and warped, painted wall tile in the shower has a small pealed off area, one of the bathroom sink faucets is real loose and the living room sofa could stand a update. If you have pups, the backyard is not 100% fenced and has a section that has a tall hedge (which is fine), but with a couple of gaps that are closed off with a metal folding chair and pet bed of some kind. Yes it works, but a little uncomfortable letting them out at night or alone.

Enjoyed my stay

The property was in a wonderful location and it was extremely clean. The property manager even went out of his way to return my glasses that I had misplaced during my stay. Yes, I would recommend this property. It could be improved by supplying a toaster and some basic necessities such as tissues and bath soap but overall very much enjoyed my stay.

Great central location.

This home is centrally located in east Fort Lauderdale. Easy drive to downtown and the beach. Bring your bikes and you could enjoy a great ride to the beach. Igor was responsive to my inquiries and helpful answering questions.

Nice property in a great location!

The property was exactly as described in the listing. The house was clean and spacious. The location was great with lots of restaurants and shops near by. Igor was very responsive to our questions. I would recommend this property.
