About this property

Villa in a green setting, not overlooked, facing the village of Bargemon

You will be very welcome in this 110 MÂČ house surrounded by greenery. You'll be able to soak up the sun by the pool, while gazing out over one of the most beautiful villages in the Haut Var... Bargemon.

Slightly secluded and not overlooked, this property, with its large, leafy grounds of one hectare, offers all the peace and quiet you could wish for on a holiday with family or friends.

You'll find three spacious, cosy bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), offering either a view of the pool or the garden.

For everyone's comfort, there are two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower cubicle.

The fully-equipped, functional kitchen lets you enjoy a tasty meal or a Weber grill on the south-facing terrace.
In Bargemon, you'll find everything you need, including a chemist, mini-market, butcher's, baker's, etc.

This house, which can accommodate young and old alike, will also enable you to explore and discover the surrounding area.
There are plenty of restaurants and oil mills nearby.
If you decide to go shopping in Draguignan (18 km), I'm sure you'll fall under the spell of this pretty town, the former prefecture of the Var.
There are plenty of walks to be had as far as the Gorges du Verdon and its famous Martel trail. You can swim in the canyon of the gorges and also in the Lac de Ste Croix.
Why not discover the nearby village of Moustiers Ste Marie and the legend of its star perched between two mountains.
There are many wine estates around Bargemon, where you can taste the famous Provence rosé on the terrace or by the pool.
The beaches are not far away:
Fréjus and Saint Raphaël, 40 km away
Sainte Maxime and St Tropez at 45 and 60 km respectively
Lac de St Cassien and its pedalos 30 km away
Cannes, Antibes and Nice are 56, 67 and 84 km respectively from your holiday destination. Along the way, you may want to stop off in Grasse (46 km) for a perfume tour.
If you decide to continue on to Monaco (106 km), you may be attracted by the charm of nearby Italy, Ventimiglia (124 km) or San Remo (140 km).

All this to say that if you decide to move away from this haven of peace, which is our pretty house, you'll be spoilt for choice for a wonderful and unforgettable holiday.

Deux semaines de tranquillité

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour exceptionnel dans cette magnifique maison. DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons Ă©tĂ© charmĂ©s par la dĂ©coration soignĂ©e et l’agencement optimal des espaces. La piscine, parfaitement entretenue et sans vis-Ă -vis, a Ă©tĂ© un vĂ©ritable havre de paix oĂč nous avons pu nous dĂ©tendre en toute tranquillitĂ©. Les chambres sont spacieuses et Ă©quipĂ©es d’une bonne literie. La terrasse, bien amĂ©nagĂ©e avec tout le nĂ©cessaire pour profiter de l’extĂ©rieur, nous a permis de prendre nos repas en plein air tout en admirant la vue. SituĂ©e dans un chemin tranquille sur les hauteurs de Bargemon, la maison offre un cadre isolĂ© et paisible, idĂ©al pour se reposer loin du tumulte de la vie quotidienne. La cuisine est moderne, bien Ă©quipĂ©e et fonctionnelle. Le village de Bargemon propose plusieurs bars et restaurants qui offrent un large choix pour dĂźner Ă  la maison ou Ă  l’extĂ©rieur. La localisation gĂ©ographique de la maison est parfaite pour explorer la rĂ©gion et dĂ©couvrir les produits locaux, notamment l’huile d’olive du moulin de Bargemon. Les environs offrent Ă©galement de nombreuses possibilitĂ©s de randonnĂ©es et de promenades, idĂ©ales pour les amateurs de nature. En rĂ©sumĂ©, nous recommandons vivement cette maison pour des vacances reposantes et agrĂ©ables. C’est un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer et profiter de tout ce que la rĂ©gion a Ă  offrir.

Nos vacances Ă  Bargemon

Nous recherchions un endroit relaxant, au milieu de la nature, et ĂȘtre au calme ! Mission accomplie grĂące Ă  ce beau hĂ©bergement avec deux salles de bains et de belles chambres bien dĂ©corĂ©es et spacieuses.. Une grande et belle piscine, ou nous pouvions nous relaxer, nous amuser en famille, avec une vue magnifique sur le village ! Une agrĂ©able terrasse, ou le parasol est bien apprĂ©ciable, toujours avec cette vue relaxante de la nature et du village, en hauteur. A proximitĂ© des splendides gorges du Verdon, ou le choix des activitĂ©s ne manque pas, ou alors la possibilitĂ© d'aller Ă  la plage sur FrĂ©jus, Saint Maxime pour se baigner dans la mer, ou faire les marchĂ©s nocturnes en soirĂ©e. La possibilitĂ© de faire un petit tour sur Saint Tropez, est rĂ©alisable Ă©galement. Nous avions pu ĂȘtre accueilli par Muriel et Laurent les propriĂ©taires, qui dĂ©s notre arrivĂ©e nous ont fait ressentir leur bienveillance et leur prioritĂ© "que nous puissions passer d'agrĂ©ables vacances". Ils ont pu ĂȘtre rĂ© actif suite Ă  un besoin lors de notre sĂ©jour. Pour toutes ces raisons nous recommandons cet hĂ©bergement. Nous remercions Mne et Mr Antonelli.

Merveilleux !

Maison au calme et trĂšs bien agencĂ©e et trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ©e malgrĂ© que c'est pour des vacanciers ! (Quelques escaliers donc plus inconfortable pour des personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite. Mais ça on le voit sur les photos !) Voiture nĂ©cessaire Ă  moins que d'ĂȘtre d'excellents marcheurs car "ça grimpe" !!! Accueil excellent et nous pouvons joindre Ă  tout moment quelqu'un pour obtenir une information : tout est fait pour que nos vacances soient un vrai cocon de bien-ĂȘtre ! Literie excellente ce qui est parfois illusoire dans les locations.... Je recommande vivement cette location ! Si nous revenons dans cette rĂ©gion, je reprendrais certainement cette maison ! Merci pour tout aux propriĂ©taires ainsi qu'Ă  la dame qui gĂšre le bien en leur absence.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passĂ© un superbe sĂ©jour, dĂ©connexion totale dans ce havre de paix au milieu de la nature. Tout ce que nous recherchions. La maison est magnifique, dĂ©corĂ©e avec beaucoup de goĂ»t, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et parfaitement entretenue. On ne peut que s’y sentir bien. La piscine, sans aucun vis Ă  vis, avec vue sur la nature et sur le village de Bargemon permet de se relaxer, avec le chant des cigales ou de jouer avec les enfants, cela en toute tranquillitĂ©. Les propriĂ©taires Muriel et Laurent sont d’une grande sympathie et gentillesse. Nos vacances Ă©taient formidables, nous recommandons ce lieu charmant Ă  tous les amoureux de la nature, du calme et qui veulent se ressourcer. C’est le bon endroit ! Nous rentrons avec pleins de beaux souvenirs.

Vacances au calme dans un cadre idyllique

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances durant 15 jours dans cette maison (3 adultes et 3 enfants). Elle est trÚs agréable, fonctionnelle, trÚs bien située au calme (et sans aucun vis-à-vis ! ) et à moins de 5 min en voiture de Bargemon. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents. Piscine super bien localisée avec vue sur le village de Bargemon et ses environs . L'accueil par le propriétaire a été trÚs convivial et chaleureux. En conclusion : n'hésitez pas un instant.
