Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This 2-story Sea Pines villa has been recently renovated and places you only steps away from Harbour Town and a short bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club!

On the first floor, find the living room, kitchen, dining area and powder room. The living room features comfortable seating , sofa bed, as well as a large flatscreen TV and classic board games for your entertainment. Through the sliding glass doors, step out to your private patio and enjoy summer nights under the stars while cooking on the grill! Directly down the hallway sits the fully equipped, kitchen with a dry bar that is more than ready to take on the heat; preparing meals here is simple and easy. Find a full-size washer and dryer in here to take care of all laundry needs in the house. The formal dining table has enough seating for six, and there are also plenty of dining options within walking distance!

Upstairs, the two bedrooms are opposite each other to offer great separation and privacy. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed as well as a flatscreen TV and two walk-in closets for plenty of storage. The primary bathroom has a vanity and shower/tub. Down the hall, find the second bedroom, that has been recently updated, with 2 queen-sized bunk bed This bedroom has access to a hall bathroom right outside.

The Harbour Town Yacht Basin, Lighthouse, and more are all within walking distance and will be sure to make for a memorable trip. Spend your time at one of the most iconic places on Hilton Head for your next getaway!

Please be advised that from in early fall 2024 with an estimated completion time of mid-February 2025. Phase 1 of the Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled. Planned work will be conducted Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding major holidays. Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians. Sidewalks and leisure trails in the project area will be closed as needed.

Not clean

The condo wasn't clean. The tile floor was dirty and the master bathroom was dirty. There was no pool on the premises even though the listing had a picture of a "Ketch Court pool". Since we rented through a "third party" we were not able to use the resort amenities: Harbortown pool, beach parking etc... The location was great. Island Time Hilton Head was quick to respond when we needed. They also sent someone to clean the master bathroom at our request.

My chief complaint was the patio was not clean at all and it didn’t appear it had not been cleaned for a very long time . The patio door was so dirty you couldn't see see through it. I felt that the tile in the unit also needed a good mopping. After I scrubbed all the patio furniture and washed the door we were able to enjoy it.

Harbour Town Stay

Location is everything and this cannot be beat. You are steps from Harbour Town with the pier, restaurants and Greg Russell. The townhouse pictures are accurate. My only feedback is the unit is on 1 HVAC system so the downtstairs and upstairs temperatures are not the same (maybe a 2-3 degree difference) I would have liked a ceiling fan or honestly providing both upstairs bedrooms with 2 box fans would have alleviated the issue. The master bedroom felt a little warm (not unbearable by any stretch). I like a colder room for sleeping though. Other than that I do recommend it. We would rent it again.

A Tired Rental in Sea Pines

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and management co were excellent. 867 Ketch Ct needs an entire gut job to the studs. The decor is updated to make it seem nice, but unit is very dated. Biggest issue was the upstairs being unbearably Hot! Turned the a/c down low to no avail. Downstairs is freezing. 1 unit for both so there is a duct issue. Slept downstairs on the chair and couch 2 nights. We left Friday afternoon, could not take the heat out last night. I would not stay here again.

Room for Improvement

Poor rental process and mistakes turned into a positive experience. We never received the "Guest welcome" email with passcode and instructions. Several folks stepped up to resolve the matter and provided a $250 credit for extra rental items like bicycles. When we called the bike shop, we were informed that it was rescinded with no explanation. Apparently our booking deal was through Owner/Direct which saved us on extra fees but it caused lots of headaches.In the end, our tolerance overlooked the poor comunications.

It was dated but the main issues we had were with the sink water not getting hot, the owner bathroom tub not draining (so we could not even use it), the front door keypad being difficult to open, and remotes for TVs not working. Being next to Harbor Town was nice and we were there for just a few days but if we had stayed longer I would have had been more disappointed for the cost.

You can walk, bike or take a trolley to anywhere in Sea Pines from here. You really don't need to move your car, unless you are venturing out of Sea Pines. The unit was pleasant and had all the amenities you need for a week. We would certainly book here again.

Convient and Affordable Alternative

It was a perfect venue for my wife, our 94 year old aunt whom we came to visit and myself. We were able to eat dinner outside on the back porch and stay socially distant from others. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and safe. It could use a fresh coat of paint to liven it up, but that’s aesthetics and of minor concern. We will rent again. I’m waiting for my return on the security deposit now.

Property Manager Difficult

I had to speak with the property manager several times, beginning with our bikes not being onsite when we arrived. Then our TV did not work and the first night we were without it. They sent a worker out the next day at close to 5 pm and he fixed the wrong TV. He had to come back out that night, so long story short, we did not have a TV until after 9 pm the second night. Lastly, we accidentally left one of our pillows. We called the morning after we returned home to notify the property manager and ask them to mail our pillow to us. She said she would see if the cleaning team found it and if so, they'd mail it. I told her exactly where we left it and to please let us know. We heard nothing. I could right so much more (especially regarding the bike dilemma), but I will not. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review at all, including on a vacation rental. The property manager was extremely difficult. In a nutshell, she was much more concerned with the good of her own company than the good of her customer. Selfish and unreasonable. With all the difficulties we had, she not once apologized or said let us do "blank" for you since these things happened. I would not recommend staying at any location managed by Island Time.

Our October much needed vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ketch Court Villa very much. The A/C problem was handled within a couple of hours after we arrived by a very nice repairman....we appreciated the time he took to make sure we were comfortable. The rest of the week was perfect, with beautiful weather and a welcoming Villa to come back to. We hope to stay here again.

Our stay at Ketch Court was fabulous! The location was perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I and another couple were attending a destination wedding and Ketch Court was so centrally located for all the activities. We were close to the Country Club and the Eighteenth Lawn where the wedding and reception took place so we could walk to both events. We were a stone’s throw from the harbor and lighthouse and bikes were conveniently placed for a beautiful ride to the beach. Island Time Rentals really did a great job in placing us in the perfectly located condo!
