The view and location can’t be beat! The unit was clean, entryway to building is updated and modern. Having access to the 2 bikes was perfect, too! Definitely would come back and rent again!

A couple of beach towels would be nice for when you go to the pool that is recommended. Not a big deal but we ended up going to Publix and buying a couple for the time we were there. Aside from that-very nice!

2024 Christmas Holiday

Property was well furnished for 2 with sufficient cooking and serving items along with both a k-cup and drip basket coffee maker. Living room provided led to the balcony which treats you with a great view of the marina and lighthouse King bed was very comfy with extra blankets for cold December nights. Shower is critical for a perfect stay and this property has a great spray head for full body comfort. Washer/dryer are provided at no additional charge which was very convenient for our 10 day stay. I would definitely rent this Vrbo again.

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

The unit was very well appointed and nicely updated, including the interior common areas. If I had to provide feedback it would be that the bed was uncomfortable and the next door neighbor was loud. It could have been that they were having guests for the holiday. Overall we love Harbor Town and it never having company for the holiday.

Blinds in bedroom , towels like sandpaper , yoga mat was nice touch but dirty and old. Providing one day of coffee and salt & pepper would have been nice. The patio screen door difficult to open and close. The wall where the trash can was in closet in kitchen was splattered from garbage can.. had to wipe down the grime on wall. We had party people right below us sounded like they were in our unit.

The harbor view from the balcony was spectacular. You will be hard pressed to find a better location in the Sea Pines area. We selected this unit so we could be with our daughter’s family who have stayed at this very complex for the past four years. Our stay was so relaxing that we have already started discussing possibly joining them again next year!
