It is next to transport and all amenities, the train to the suburbs is right next door. The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator in a secure building with surveillance camera and caretaker. Composed of a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, air conditioner and a bedroom with single bed and wardrobe, a kitchen and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to 3 people. Clean, airy and not overlooked. You will find what you need to stay there (linen, dishes, TV, washing machine, stove, air conditioner,...). Perfectly suited for work or study stays in Tunis or expatriates. Even more advantageous rates for rentals of more than three months or for the year. Do not hesitate to write for more information.
