What makes this Townhome unique
Our property is an upper end luxury condo. The scenic views on the 300 square foot balcony are absolutely beautiful! You will find our condo to be very comfortable, and in close proximity to area attractions. Arches National Park is 10 to 15 minutes. Slickrock Bike Trail is 10 minutes. City of Moab is 5 minutes. North section of Canyonlands National Park is 25 minutes. If you have a lot of family and friends, take advantage of our two attached units that are located side by side.

Several little things not operative. Neighborhood is set amongst trailer court. Remote from town of Moab. Overall rating would be a five out of ten. Stephen F. Shrader
While I appreciate your input, I sincerely don't agree with you. I take pride on what I do, and the reviews of 5 stars (5 of 5 stars, not 5 of 10 stars) that I have maintained since 2009 speak for themselves.
Before and after your occupance, I've only had happy customers and satisfied returning guests.
Your review is inaccurate - there have been no previous complaints or reports about "several little things not operative". Next to the subdivision, there is an KOA Campground that is completely fenced and independent from our development. There has been no previous issues that have raised amongst this KOA Campground.
I strongly believe your disatisfaction came from when you called me while at the condo. You told me you had to leave a day early for some issues back home or work, and requested a refund for the night you were not going to occupy. Based on my cancellation policy, you didn't get any money back. You also called a week after asking, yet again, to be refunded for the night you opted not to use.

Perfect family moab retreat!
Great location for family of 5!
This was our family gathering and found this condo to be spacious with 3 bedrooms the master bedroom was large and spacious with a deep tub for bathing and lovely shower in the master bedroom. The listing description was accurate. The wrap around balcony on the second floor gave you a view of the mountains in the back and in the front. We had 8 people sometimes up to 12 visiting and it never felt crowded. The kitchen was spacious for more than one person to work on and the kitchen table sat up to 8 people. Outside on the patio was a large picnic table that accommodated all eight of us to play board games of which were provided. We had two little ones there was a high chair and a play and pac for them as well. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes for adults and children so all we had to worry about is stocking it with food! There was a computer for those of us to research local activities and keep up with the world. This condo made out stay in Moab comfortable and our family would rate it A+ in accommodations. We would highly recommend it to our family and friends as it is well worth the price! We enjoyed zip lining, repelling and Arches National Park. We also ventured into Colorado to visit Mesa Verde which is a two and half hour drive but well worth the trip. We enjoyed the local grocery store as it was stored with local fresh produce and everything one might need.
We loved staying in this condo. It was roomy (3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths) for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully stocked. It's convenient (by car) to town. All together a great place to stay and we would definitely recommend it.
Great Stay in Moab
My daughter and I rented this condo for 3 nights in Moab. Very clean and roomy. The condo ended up being about the same as staying at a hotel. Everything was in working order, nice garage to park car. Would definitely rent this condo again when back in Moab.
Exceptionally well presented property
We stayed here for 4 nights & were really impressed with the quality of everything at the property. The place was sparkling when we arrived - sometimes you don't always get this (dirty plates & glasses etc in cupboards), but here there wasn't a single thing you could fault. The property is just outside of town - we were expecting it to be a little further out from previous descriptions, but pleasantly surprised that it was only a few minutes - too far to walk, but not too remote. The views are superb & the location of Moab as a destination for outdoor activities is great - 4 days wasn't long enough for us really so we'll just have to go back!!
