Dear Mayuri,
Thank you for the review, but I am very confused by it, you rated us 3 stars and said that pictures are even better? ? Well, first of all pictures have no filter, and guests are very happy with all the things “and the picture and in reality “ they get; second, on the Vrbo message system you were kind enough at your check in to write “we just got here and so far we are loving it”; and third, you should included why you really rated us that low, which affects us by the way, because when you asked for a late check out for the activities of your children I regretfully declined it and explained it to you that we had to clean the unit for the next guests and have it in time for the check in.
Please understand that policies are for a reason we need the hours to clean after someone’s stays and in your case the cleaning personnel worked harder because you didn’t follow any of the check out procedures: dirty plates, also the place was full of trash, and on top of it, you left it with a very strong smell of spices used during your stay, those reasons are WHY I didn’t let you to check out at the time your wanted it, next time for the next host write the truth as I did.
So, safe travels for now
Everything about this rental was as stated or better. Its location was convenient, it was very clean, the kitchen had all necessary utensils to cook anything, the pool was close by and we and our kids enjoyed the whole experience. We would definitely rent this one again.
Even though there were only two of us, this 3-bedroom townhome was perfect and more economical than the Moab hotels. There are multiple outdoor spaces and we used each of them!
The condo was in a nice neighborhood, and was exactly what we needed. It was well equipped with everything. The location was perfect and close to all of the national parks.
The home was beautiful, clean, fully stocked, and close to all the adventures to be enjoyed in Moab, Arches, and beyond. We could not have been happier and will definitely recommend this property to friends and hope to return ourselves.
This property was amazing. It was super clean and beautiful. It was a very close distance to Arches National Park, which was the reason we rented it. I would definitely recommend this property and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This property is clean, attractive and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with the property manager was exceptional! She sent us restaurant and activity suggestions that were really helpful. I loved the quiet neighborhood and views of the canyon. Arches National Monument was only a 15 minute drive. I would stay here again.
This was our first VRBO stay. We can’t say enough about the experience. The tips that the host gave us were extremely helpful for the area. The accommodations were lovely. The ease of checking in and out were also fluid. We have family of six and we all felt there was ample space.

Beautiful property with great views and amenities. Property manager provided bountiful helpful information, including recommendations and tips for local activities and restaurants. Particularly helpful to us was being informed of the requirement to secure an advance reservation to enter Arches National Park (thank you!) and the recommendation to drive the La Sal Mountain Loop Road (a spectacular favorite!). Great stay! Would highly recommend.

Our property is an upper-end luxury condo. The scenic views on the 300 square foot balcony are absolutely beautiful! You will find our condo to be very comfortable and in close proximity to area attractions. Arches National Park is 10 to 15 minutes. Slickrock Bike Trail is 10 minutes. The city of Moab is 5 minutes. The North section of Canyonlands National Park is 25 minutes. If you have a lot of family and friends, take advantage of our two attached units that are located side by side.
