Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Property was not available despite confirmed booking. Staff on helpline were worse than useless. Will NEVER EVER book with Vrbo again. An extremely expensive mistake, I will be litigating for full compensation if necessary.
