A beautiful one mile drive from the gate to the circle driveway that welcomes you to this unique timber home estate will leave you breathless and ready to explore what the estate and the property have to offer for your home away from home luxurious getaway with Mother Nature. The home itself features 3 large bedrooms (one master suite on the main level, one bedroom with a California king size bed on the lower level, one bedroom with a queen size bed on the upper level). This timber home also features three full bathrooms (one on each level of the home) and one half bathroom on the main level of the home. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy home cooked meals including a gas stove, a double oven, a large subzero refrigerator, microwave in the pantry, and all cooking and dining utensils and tableware are included. The third level of the home is loaded with gaming activities and includes a billiards table, a ping pong table, and a shuffleboard table. The main level of the home includes a large kitchen, a coffee pantry, a large dinning room featuring a custom made live edge wooden dining table that seats four, a large granite bar height counter top that seats eight, a large living room that makes the perfect relaxation and chat area with two sofas and a large ottoman, a large laundry room with a washer and dryer that comes stocked with laundry essentials. The main level includes three sliding doors that all open to the outdoor upper deck. Take in the serene views of this sprawling wooded estate right from the upper deck, which includes lots of outdoor furniture (sofa, four large cushion chairs, ottomans, a large rectangle gas fire pit table, an outdoor TV, a wood pellet grill and smoker, and a large outdoor dining table that seats six). Moving down to the lower level of the home is a fully finished basement. The lower level of the home features a gym that includes a treadmill, elliptical, Echelon spin bike, a full strength training unit, along with yoga mats, dumbbell weights, and resistance bands. Enjoy a workout and then rejuvenate and recover your muscles with some time in the large infrared wooden sauna located on the lower level. The lower level also includes a large living room area with a sectional sofa and a TV. Lastly, the large relaxation bathroom on the lower level includes a deep copper bathtub that is perfect for a relaxing bubble bath. The lower level also includes two sliding doors that open to the lower deck in the back of the home that faces the sprawling wooded acres of Crosley Ridge.

The Crosley Ridge Estate sits on 108 acres of private property, which has so many areas for you to explore and enjoy as well! The outdoor property includes a 2-acre private pond near the house with a deck for kayaking, swimming, and fishing. There are several wide hiking trails throughout the woods to explore by foot. Behind the house and a short walk down the hiking trails, you have direct access to the river for kayaking (two kayaks are included in your stay) and a primitive cabin fully stocked for camping (the cabin includes two queen size sleeper sofas).
