Villa By The Sea 30A is a beautifully decorated home that boast a private backyard with views of the Nature Preserve. Located between Seaside Beach & Seagrove Beach on 30A. Our home is in the desirable community of a NatureWalk near Seaside Square. NatureWalk has a dedicated 1-mile walking/biking trail. The trail leads you to the beauty of aqua blue ocean water and sugar white sand Florida beaches! Or take the golf cart to roam around the Seaside Square.

Villa By The Sea 30A - Features 4 bedrooms, a Bunk House in the loft and comfortably sleeps 12. Master is located upstairs with a King Bed, walkout porch, smart TV, walk in closet, shower, and a relaxing soaker tub. Downstairs bedroom has a King Bed, Smart TV and is adjacent to a full bathroom. One of the upstairs guest rooms has a King Bed and a Smart TV. One of the upstairs guest bedrooms has two XL Twin beds and a smart TV. The Bunk House is located upstairs in the loft with a Smart TV and each bunk bed is a Full over Full. The Bunk House has a mini fridge. One full bathroom upstairs with shower / tub combination in addition to the Master Suite bathroom. The home has 3 porches (1 off the master and 2 downstairs). The lounge chairs on the upstairs porch creates a relaxing environment to wind down after a long day at the beach or enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Downstairs porches have a twin-size swing to relax and gather with the family sunup to sundown! One of the few homes in NatureWalk that offers a private fenced backyard with views of Point Washington State Forest Nature Preserve. The preserve offers wonderful hiking / biking trails.

Villa By The Sea 30A has a large open floor plan (2717 square feet). First floor living room is great for family gatherings with two couches, two chairs, Smart TV (Cable TV), Gas Fireplace, dining room table for 8, island seating for four and 2 outdoor porch seating areas. Upgraded high speed WIFI.

Home has an outdoor gas grill (propane provided ** please adhere to safety guidelines) and an outdoor shower located in the private backyard to clean up after a day at the beach. We provide extra amenities to make your stay enjoyable and hassle free such as a regular drip coffee maker, Keurig Coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, rice cooker, blender, mixer, baking pans, casserole, etc. Kitchen has one gas oven, microwave, gas stove, huge walk-in pantry and a second refrigerator in the garage (bonus!). This is our home, and you will be our guests; we took into consideration everything you need to cook and enjoy a great meal with your family and friends.

Home is steps away from the Pickle Ball and Basketball courts. The community offers hiking trails and fitness stations. Enjoy a walk/run along the beach at sunrise or sunset, paddle board, ride a bike, snorkel, explore the trails through Point Washington State Forest, etc! Any avid fishermen/women? If yes, do not forget to charter a fishing trip to enjoy a day fishing on the bay or out in the open sea. We recommend booking weeks or better yet months before you arrive! They are extremely busy in the Spring and Summer months. We will gladly give you a few recommendations.

A shopping center is located near NatureWalk's entrance with Publix, a great pizza restaurant, liquor store, an upscale restaurant and more!

NatureWalk’s Gathering Place features two large swimming pools (one is an adult heated lap pool), hot tub, lounge chairs, umbrellas, flat screen TV, fire pit & outdoor grills with covered eating areas, gather area, family-style beach-entry pool, kids shade pool, and a children's playground. *Guests shall adhere to pool rules for their own safety and enjoyment.

Our family of 5 loved staying at this house. The home was lovely and had more than enough room for our family. We found everything we needed to make meals and we were pleasantly surprised with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and paddles for pickle ball. Also, the location is a short golf cart ride to Publix, restaurants, and beaches. Chrystal was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Thank you so much!

Without a doubt, top notch place to enjoy a week of family fun making memories to last a lifetime. Chrystal always responds quickly to communications. Quiet neighborhood with no problems parking multiple vehicles. Everything you need to make it feel like your own home. Plenty of beach chairs umbrellas and beach towels. The best part was at the end of the day when you washed the sand away is the beds! So soft and comfortable!

Chrystal was an amazing host! Her property is gorgeous, spacious, and quiet! The backyard was perfect for our kids to run around and play in water games aside from going to the pools and ocean. Annual family beach trip

We had a wonderful time at Chrystal’s property. The neighborhood was safe and flat, a great place for the kids to ride bikes! The golf cart was great for use to the beach and we were able to find parking for it at the beach most days! The beds were very comfortable and the 3 king beds were maybe the best part of the home for the 3 sets of parents. The kids loved the loft space and the pool.

This is our 3rd time staying at Chrystal's house for July 4th week. We absolutely love it! There's plenty of room for our extended family of 7 adults and 4 kids. The kids love the bunk room. Great house for large group

We had a wonderful time here at Villa by the Sea. NatureWalk is a great community and we would love to stay here again. The house was well furnished and nicely decorated. We loved the porch swings and the setting off the back patio. The only issue was the golf cart needed a little wheel alignment but it was still usable.

All the comforts of home

Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds. The porch swings were magical when rocking the baby to sleep. The owner was so quick to respond to questions! The community pool was very clean, not crowded. The temperature in the house was very comfortable (which is not always the case in rentals). We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Beautiful Spacious Home

Villa By the Sea 30A is a beautiful home! We had plenty of room for our family of 11. The home is spacious, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed spending time on both of the porches and the back deck. The bikes and golf cart are a nice addition to this rental to be able to get around the Naturewalk neighborhood and back and forth to the pool. Our family spent a lot of time at the pool. Chrystal was great to work with. We would definitely rent this home again. We all had a great time.

Everything you are looking for right here !

First off, renting from Chrystal was absolutely a pleasure! By far the best person to deal with, hands down ! She was able to change our dates last minute due to the weather without even questioning anything. The house is absolutely beautiful! The area is very very nice. Plenty of things to do for all ages. A few minutes from the beaches and shopping. 30 minutes each way if you choose to travel to Destin or Panama. We will definitely be renting from Chrystal again in the future !

Beautiful Home

Beautiful Home. Tucked in nicely at the back of the neighbor right next to the basketball and pickleball area with swings. Very nice home well decorated. Property manager was wonderful about sending recommendations and being very responsive. A few things need updates/replacing at the house. It was a mile to the beach so you need to bike trough the path their or get on the main road to go to the beach but there really isn't parking. It was great having bikes at the property. Would visit again but never again during spring break as there were people everywhere and restaurants and beaches felt overcrowded.

The home was beautiful! However, the home did lack some cleanliness as well as stains all over the furniture. The remote to the main TV broken. Kitchen dishes all had major chips in them and we found two broken glasses in the cabinet. Porch chairs all broken and the wicker pieces on the ground below them. But aside from all of that, the home was really beautiful. Those issues were not a deal breaker and didn’t really hinder our trip.(but renters should be aware) It really just needed to be cleaned better. We had 8 people and we all fit in the home perfectly and slept comfortably! The beds and pillows were very comfortable! We slept very well! The AC worked great. The backyard was nice to hang out in, no fire pit like the listing said.Everything is close and golf cart was so handy! Home was beautiful aside from some minor issues with cleanliness. We had an amazing week there. We rented a pontoon from Peaks and went to Crab island, a must do! Beach was close (drove car and cart there). It was beautiful! Would honestly stay here again! Chrystal was responsive anytime I texted. It was a perfect location for everything!! So many memories made! Thank you! I’d definitely recommend this home, it really was a perfect size and worked well for us!

Gorgeous Home!!!

We had a wonderful week in this home. This is the 3rd home we have rented in Nature Walk, and this is our favorite. Beautifully furnished, great location and terrific hosts. The golf cart and bikes were very convenient to have to use. There was not an item in the kitchen lacking, the beds were extremely comfortable and the temperature of the home was always ideal. The check in/out process and hostess deserve a 5 star rating. Thank you for sharing your home!

Lovely home!

This was one of the nicer houses we have stayed in and we were really pleased with the layout and space that the house provided. There was a golf cart for our use and it was super easy to manage. The house was a bit farther from the beach and into the neighborhood than I think we would have preferred. The golf cart made it easy and fun! The public beach access was easy to access but a little crowded. Chrystal was so helpful and easy to communicate with, both before we arrived and during our stay for any questions!

The property is just lovely. The decor is high end yet comfortable. The house was perfectly clean. It's the first time we stayed off the beach but honestly it wasn't a big deal like i thought it might be. Golf cart parking was easily accessible at the beach access. We were out of the hustle and bustle but could be in the center of it all in 3 minutes. Perfect balance! We couldnt have loved the location and property more!

Godwin Family Vacation!

First and foremost, Chrystal, is just an amazing host! We thoroughly enjoyed corresponding with her about our trip and she was quick to answer any questions we had. If there was an issue she was always on top of things and we can’t say enough good things about her! She was just as perfect as her property :) The home was amazing and was our favorite by far after 4 trips to NatureWalk. It was very spacious, yet cozy, clean and the beds were so comfy we felt we were at home. The decor and furnishings were spot on and looked professionally done. The access to the golf cart was a big factor for us and could not imagine going to Seaside and not having one so thank you for making one available! It was just an all-around perfect week for us and loved Chrystal and her property so much that we could see ourselves renting there again! Thank you for making our week a special one!!

House was beautiful, well taken care of and clean. The location was nice with privacy in the backyard. The six seater golf cart was great to go back and forth to the beach. Communication with the manager was very easy- she responded quickly to any questions we had. Only cons were lack of amenities for beach like beach towels, and chairs, and I wish there would have been bikes so we didn’t have to rent them separately.
