With three spacious bedrooms, including two king suites and a twin over full bunk bed with trundle, there’s ample room for everyone to unwind and relax. The bathrooms are equipped with showers (a tub- shower combo in the secondary bath) and hotel amenities, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable morning routine.
Step outside to discover the stunning new private pool and spa, complete with an outdoor kitchen, in ground speakers and seating areas perfect for sunbathing or dining. For those seeking adventure, explore the area in the 6-seat golf cart or take advantage of the bikes provided for a leisurely ride on the trails. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploration or gathering for a delightful meal, this charming home offers the ideal setting for your stay.
For a change of scenery, head to the neighborhood pool and pavilion, where you can relax on the hammocks or let the little ones enjoy the playground. Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for the duration of the rental agreement.
No pets
Pets are strictly prohibited on the rental property. Any violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees and may lead to eviction from the property and the forfeiture of rent, with no exceptions.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted. If there is any tobacco smell in the property after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $500.
No Firearms
No firearms or fireworks are permitted on the premises.
Video Surveillance
Our property has 24-hour exterior video surveillance.
