The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025, for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation Deck renovation project.

This 11th floor condo, only a block from the beach, has a great view of the busy city of Waikiki and the shimmering ocean! This unit comes with a fully furnished kitchen which includes a full-sized refrigerator, stove-range, microwave, coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies you will need to have an at home cooking experience while on vacation. This kitchen is complete with a dining table and chairs for memorable family dinners. We want you to sit back and relax in this condo s light and airy living area that includes a large tv and a cozy couch. The balcony also has a table and chairs to enjoy a warm cup of coffee so you can sit back and feel the ocean breeze!

This unit has a comfortable bedroom with a large King bed and a jaw-dropping view of the mountains and ocean. The bedroom can be made private by the sliding partition doors or left open for a very free flow room. A comfy sofa sleeper is built into the living room, so if you need extra beds, we ve got you covered. The bathroom right off the bedroom has a closed off private toilet and a great shower/bath with a detachable shower head. This bathroom is the perfect place to wash away all the sand and stress after a day spent at the beach!

High quality inflatable beds are available upon request in advance of your stay. Please contact us directly prior to arrival.

This unit comes with FREE parking for one vehicle (saving up to $30 per day), FREE Wi-Fi internet, and TV with cable. There is A/C in the unit located in the living room. We hope you will take full advantage of all of the extras we provide for the ultimate vacation of your dreams!

Bright and clean apartment in an ideal location. So much nicer than the other listsings that feel old and dated. Nice to have a master bedroom for the parents separate from the foldout couch.

Price and location were great! The views here are fantastic, as you can see the ocean and mountains. 4 min walk to the beach - traffic is bad so walking is actually faster. A few things to note, there is no cookie sheet or pizza cutter - just fyi if you get groceries keep this in mind. Fold out couch is a typical fold out couch - not the comfiest. But overall for the price and location it was nice. Would stay here again. There are bath towels and some ocean things to use: beach chair (2), beach towels, boogie board, and some sand toys. Laundry on the same floor (only 1 washer per floor - 3.00 in quarters or you can pay with an app on your phone. We let clothes air dry so we did not use the clothes dryer. There are 4 pillows here to use and i noticed a pack n play and an iron and ironing board in the closet.

I wish I could add the photos I took. The carpet was disgusting (big stains all over), there was mold on the shower head, peeling paint, dirty dishes, and the pans there were terrible. Everything stuck to them no matter what we were cooking. The only plus is it is located in the right place for what we needed. Walking distance to a handful of restaurants and shops. It also sounded like the building was falling down every time the people upstairs opened their sliding door (which was SO often). While inside the unit with all doors and windows closed I could still hear everything going on around us including a neighbor sneezing! And to top it all off, when looking at my credit card statement I was charged an additional 200. When I asked them about it they stated I was there past 11am which I absolutely was not. We were at a tattoo shop at that time and were not at the room. They said a housekeeper tried to get in but couldn't and that they called me but they did not. There is no reason they couldn't get in as we were not in the unit. I am still waiting on a resolution on this. DO NOT book here or with any Koko rental resorts. Awful unit, so dirty, noisy, and charged extra with no reason to.
