Amazing property with a great view!! Close to beach and all the shops and has great parking included. Host was great, smooth check in and check out, had everything we needed, towels, beach gear and stuff in kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Great view. Nice proximity to beach and dining. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen space. Wi-Fi wasn’t working when we arrived so a hot spot was delivered. Slider was off track and balcony inaccessible but they came and fixed it. Overall needs some minor maintenance (lamp shades, paint, draperies, patio and beach chairs). Free parking on premises a huge bonus and coin laundry easy to access. Pool area is nice. Building is very quiet! Communication with property manager was good.

The room was perfect for me and my teenage daughters. We had views of the beach and were within a 5 minute walk to the oceanfront. The location was great for access to food, shops, and the beach.

The view was way better than we imagined! The couch bed was also fairly good compared to others I’ve used in the past. Great location, had everything we needed and really appreciated that there were two beach chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella for us to use. would recommend.

Suite recently redone and beautiful. Good communication with host except did not mention pool closed for renovation which probably would have impacted our choice of location. Though Vrbo host was good, front desk staff not so much.

Everything you could need for a family walking distance from the beach and food. Beach towels, chairs and boogie boards available that made my boys so happy! There was construction, but it didn’t impact us

It was okay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall okay. I liked Four Paddle a lot better.The bathroom door didn’t close properlyThe bedroom sliding door needs major fixing.The sliding window to the lanai was hard to close and one of the bedroom windows was broken and did not shut.Shower was weak and water kept dripping from the lower faucet..Not sure how you can continue renting this place with these problems.Didn’t like the neighborhood.I must say, I was a bit disappointed with the property.

We recently stayed for here for 4 nights. The location was very convenient and onsight parking was a plus. The elevators can take a long time during peak times and got stuck twice during our stay. The kitchen was very clean, however, you must bring provide kitchen basics (plastic wrap, zip lock bags, salt/pepper), etc. This wasn't important, as we didn't plan on cooking. The sliding door was extremely difficult to open. It appears the rollers need to be replaced. Also, a couple of the lamp shades needs to be replaced as well.
