Close to the central beach, its bars, restaurants and nightclubs, refurbished 43m2 apartment on the ground floor of a 1970s residence. Access to the residence's common car park. Wifi by Airbox.
Entrance (3.41m2). WC with washbasin. Main kitchen/living room (22.24m2) including a fitted kitchen area: fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee maker, Magimix kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. Lounge area (on West balcony) with TV and a sofa bed for 2 people.
Large bedroom with east-facing balcony (parking side): 1 160x200 bed. Adjoining bathroom: basin and bathtub.
Location close to the beaches and the attractive day and night centers of the resort. Residence from the 70s but the apartment has been refurbished. Bike paths pass in front of the residence. Possibility of renting at all times of the year: contact us. Household linen is not included in rentals. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
