Newer cabin - One bedroom, one bathroom in the Heart of the Hills!
Enjoy your stay in our quaint 16x20 cabin. The cabin is beautifully located in a valley surrounded by hills and rock formations. Cabin is fully furnished with a small kitchenette area, queen size bed, sitting area with futon and bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen is supplied with all your cooking needs. Cabin comes complete with a coffee maker, microwave, stove/oven and refrigerator. A flat screen TV and DISH and WiFi is also in the cabin for your entertainment. Enjoy the scenery at the picnic area, where you'll find a picnic table and outside grill. You may see wildlife. Deer, turkeys, and a variety of birds frequently visit the property.

Ideal location - only 15 minutes to Mt. Rushmore, 2 minutes to Crazy Horse Memorial and 8 minutes to Custer State Park. If you enjoy biking, the Mickelson Trail is right up the road, 1/2 mile away!

This place was one of the cleanest rental units we have rented. The setting is peaceful and in a perfect location just outside of Custer proper. The dogs enjoyed visiting as well. Thanks for including bottled water, it helped us out with our sensitive guts.

Super clean pet friendly cabin with everything you need. ( Towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, paper towels and toilet paper, coffee, toaster, grill, picnic table, WIFI, streaming TV and doggy pick up bags. Location was perfect for the sites, and the neighborhood was quiet. Our host had excellent communication and they were very friendly. We highly recommend this host.

Host, Aaron, was very nice to speak with and offered to assist with anything we needed. Location was as described: quiet, comfortable, relaxing with deer visiting in the front yard multiple times. Sites of interest were within reasonable travel times. We would recommend if you are looking for a secluded getaway.

This was a great base camp for two of us to explore the Black Hills Nat’l Forest trails with our ATV. Host was great to communicate with and very accommodating with parking our truck/trailer & ATV. The cabin was clean and well maintained. There are 2 identical cabins on this property, we were in “A”. The location is 3 miles from Custer, perfect for a trip to the store or restaurant, but then very quiet & peaceful back at the cabin. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, toaster & Keurig. I was amazed how much fit in a small space. We cooked several meals here. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome place!

If you’re looking to do some hiking or anything else in Custer State Park, this location is perfect. Very centrally located and close to Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park, and Crazy Horse. The host was amazing with communication as well. Such an awesome place to stay!

Great quiet location near to all sites in Custer area.

Cabin was just as advertised…place was clean and on a quiet street. It is pet friendly and close to all Black Hills attractions. Only one slight negative is the water pressure in the shower was very low; otherwise great place!

Clean and cozy little cabin furnished with everything you need including coffee. Enjoyed our 4 night stay. Used the gas grill twice and it worked great. Close to all the attractions we wanted to see.

Check-in was great! The cabin was very clean. We cooked some meals in the well equipped kitchen. There is a nice outside grill. We have two miniature schnauzers and they loved the cabin inside and out! It's convenient to everything and is super quiet. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great little hidden spot

It's in a great location, hidden away in the woods. The cabin is 20-30 minutes away from all the attractions in the black hills, I would highly recommend this cabin to any of my friends. I will be booking this cabin everytime I visit the black hills
