Beautiful House 16 pers in typical village, 14 min away from beach
We are renting our magnificent house located in the heart of Ascain, 14 minutes from the beach of Saint-Jean-de-Luz. It dates from the 19th century. Its huge windows, its high ceilings and its refined furniture make it a house particularly suitable for family gatherings and for entertaining. It is 270 square meters, has a 1000 square meter garden with an oak tree in the garden under which it is good to meet and a 40 square meter terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains. Ideal for teenagers or a nanny. All the town's shops are within walking distance. Given the recent acquisition of our house, we have carried out renovation work on it, but the double glazing has not been installed.
