The Gîte du Morvan is an old Morvandelle farmhouse that has been completely renovated.
Easy to access, located 15 minutes from the A6 motorway exit n°22 Avallon, the Gîte du Morvan is ideally located in the Morvan Regional Natural Park, near Avallon, Vézelay and Quarré les Tombes.
It is composed of:
- A large main room with French ceiling comprising
• An open kitchen equipped with hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine, crepe maker...
o A dining area for 6 people
o A lounge area, with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed
2 armchairs, all in front of a pellet stove.
1 TV, with streaming platform access
An Amazon connected speaker

• A bedroom with a 140cms bed and storage cupboard
• A bedroom with 2 beds of 90, and storage wardrobe
• A large bathroom with shower, sink, storage
• Separate toilet



A covered shelter is available for several vehicles
In front of the house you will find an UNFENCED courtyard, with garden furniture, deckchair, barbecue
Swing, ping pong table, children's toys.
A lawn is also present with fruit trees to provide you with shade in summer.

- Electricity included up to 10kWh per day

- Wood pellets
One bag of pellets is provided per day of rental. (included in the price).

Bed linen is provided and beds are made
Toiletries are not included (possible at an additional cost of 6€/person)
