Valley view is a 2 story live work property set in the beautiful Cape Horn valley with Sierra Views. You will have seven bedrooms, two private showers, 3 restrooms and two kitchens as well as common areas including washroom makeup areas and conference facilities. Set on over an acre with adjoining large acreages makes this a great escape. You can hike, boat, fish, waterski on Rollins lake or head to the sierras and snow ski. Colfax has many places to visit and explore including the Bear River and Rollins Lake. The Intercontinental railroad has a long history to explore.
