Newly renovated and furnished modern apartment in maisonette style 3 bedrooms with two balconies for up to 8 people on the first and second floor of a semi-detached house, access via external stairs. The apartment has a modern bath / shower room, a guest toilet with sink and a functional kitchen. The bright apartment has parquet floors and is approximately 110 square meters plus two balconies. W-LAN connection and flat screen TV, stereo systems.
Bed linen and towels are of course available.
A washing machine is in the bathroom!A dryer available!

Incredible Property & Welcoming Amenities

Ilonka was an incredible hostess who provided a property fit for a fantastic stay. With lots of amenities, such as a coffee machine, hair dryer, hair straightener, and lots of towels for guests, our group's stay was comfortable and easy. Great pick for a larger group.

Perfect for our family. Ilonka was very kind and helpful for everything.

This home was perfect for our family of 5. Everything was very clean. Kids loved it and were very comfortable. Lots of special touches in the decorating make it very unique. Surrounding area very quiet and pleasant. We would definitely visit this property again.

Good location and nice place

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected, beds were comfortable, parking on the property, good location. The only thing I would point out is having to carry luggage up the spiral staircase. Not a big problem for us but something to keep in mind.

The apartment is very spacious and was very clean. A lot of modern appliances as well. Only issue is that it is very far from the city center, so be prepared to use Uber.

A great apartment in an excellent location

The apartment is in an excellent location - very quiet and close to Munich. It has two floors - the main one and a spacious loft, perfect for our teenager :) It has everything you might need - a fully stocked kitchen and extra blankets and pillows. The hosts are very nice, and made us feel at home. We'll definitely go back if we are in this area again!

Great property, especially for two or three couples

Wonderful stay. The property was very unique, clean and comfy. Upstairs bedroom docked at a LR for our group. Really neat decorations, especially the fridge! Far enough from Munich but close enough as well! Great communication from property owner. Check in and out were a cinch.

Great place!

This apartment is very nice; clean, bright and peaceful. Ilonka is a wonderful host! It is perfect for a family of four even though the kitchen is a bit small and does not have an oven. It is located in a pleasant town with just a short drive to the train station where you can take a train to Munich. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Like its described in the advertisement and you can see also on the photos, the kitchen has 2 inductions hobs, an electronic 6l microwave with an integrated grill and a toaster, who wants can celebrate barbecue in the garden or join several nice restaurants near by. I am sorry, you didn´t noticed before renting in advance, that there is no oven!

A home away from home!

My family and I (from Malaysia) had a lovely stay here.. The Apartment was very cozy and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen, including coffee machine :-) allowed us to have a full breakfast before venturing out for the day- lots to see in the vicinity.. We drove to Fröttmaning Station and from there took the trains directly into Münich- the Park and Ride rates made parking very affordable! We enjoyed sitting around the kitchen table till late in the evening together, playing games, talking and enjoying german bier and snacks from the stores (Edeka/Penny) nearby.. Thank you!

Nice stay in the German countryside

We had a couple days to spend in Munich but with Octoberfest going on, properties closer to the city were unaffordable. With a rental car, a train station was 10 minutes away for easy access to the S1 train in to or out of Munich's old town center (30 minutes). Our stay was very enjoyable. One thing that surprised us were loud church bells every morning at 6am (our windows were open). By the third morning, we barely noticed so easy to get used to. Nice host(s). Definitely recommend staying here.

Ilonka, Thank you for opening your home to us- it is beautiful, comfortable & very clean! This location was perfect for us. This was my husband's & my 1st trip to Europe, our friends we came with have been to Europe before. It was close to what we wanted to see & close to the airport. Nice stay with a beautiful garden and free, easy parking!

From the moment we checked in, we had a great stay. I will also add that we communicated that we would arrive early, and were able to check in before 3:00, which really helped with our travel plans. Even though there are stairs, my disabled father was able to go up because of the railings. Shower was great, and lots of soaps and shampoos in case you forget yours. Also a straightener and a hair dryer, which came in handy since I forgot mine! Such a warm stay and a pleasant experience, thank you so much for all your help, tips, everything! We appreciate it.

Very good

We've been two weeks in Bavaria and we loved every minute of it. There's so much to do and we left with pain in our hearts. We loved the apartment, everything you need is available. Ilonka Reich is a very nice person and will do everything to help you make your stay as nice as posible. We were with our two teenage daughters and our dog. We all had a great holiday. Amazing place!

I can’t say enough positive things about Llanka’s amazing loft. It’s the perfect location for a home base to explore the region. A short train ride to Munich. A short car ride to Zugspitz, the castles, Salzburg and so much more. The town itself is adorable and you can walk to the grocery store. Llanka is easy and prompt to communicate with and very helpful with recommendations for places to eat and places to go visit. Her husband tends to their garden which is gorgeous. Just a lovely experience. We stayed a full week with 6 people and had plenty of room. Beds were so comfy and the bedrooms are large. Great kitchen with a super cool fridge. Had everything we needed to cook a large breakfast before heading out for the day. You won’t go wrong booking here.

Thoughtful Amenities and Nice Host

This home comes with a washing mashing complete with laundry soap, coffee, tea, plenty of bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, guide books to the area and more. All of these amenities were very much appreciated. The host makes one feel very welcome. The home was clean enough, but grungy looking due to the older condition. There are no screens on the windows. It was extremely hot when we were there, so we opened the windows at night and bugs joined us. The property involves a lot of winding stairs to the entrance and the second floor. The property states it has a clothes dryer which we did not see. The portable air conditioner was broken. There were several fans available. Overall the stay was satisfactory.

Felt like home!

We really enjoyed staying at the loft apartment. Munich was the last stop of our trip, so the fact that we could all have our own space was very nice for our down time. Ilonka was wonderful to make suggestions in town and locally for things to do and places to eat. When we were there the temperatures were really heating up, but it wasn't too bad at night with the fan on and the windows/doors open. The location is definitely out of town, probably 20-30 minutes driving, or about the same if you drive to the train station and then take the train in. Not a problem for us, but if you want to be in the mix of things this is not the place for you. Neuschwanstein Castle was about a 2 hour drive. Ilonka said there is another castle closer that sounded really interesting and we might have explored that option if we had not already prepurchased our tickets for Newschwanstein. The drive really wasn't bad and the castles were amazing! We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again, the apartment had everything we needed and more. Thank you Ilonka for being such a wonderful host!

Schöne Wohnung im Obergeschoss des Hauses über Außentreppe zu erreichen. Sehr sauber und alles sehr unkompliziert. Maximal 6 Personen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
