The Space:

Welcome to this completely renovated apartment, located on the 3rd floor with elevator, near the Eiffel Tower! Perfectly arranged, it can accommodate up to five travelers.



The apartment includes:

• A living space: living room with sofa bed for 2 people, convertible armchair for 1 person, Smart TV, storage and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

• An equipped kitchen: hotplates, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A sleeping area: double bed (140x200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding and storage.

• A bathroom: shower and toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

The apartment also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.

A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch in popular addresses such as Café du Commerce, Le P'tit Gavroche, or the charming Café Lili et Riton, perfect for an authentic Parisian breakfast or meal. Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Hop onto the RER B train towards Robinson/St-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and get off at Denfert-Rochereau. Then, transfer to Metro Line 4 towards Mairie de Montrouge and alight at Montparnasse-Bienvenüe. Our property is a leisurely 5-minute walk from there.

Orly Airport (ORY): Take the Orlyval light metro to Antony station. From there, switch to the RER B train towards Charles de Gaulle Airport and follow the same route mentioned above.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm.

For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement:

A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines:

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.

Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.



Internet Access:

Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.

Note: We would like to inform you that internet connectivity is currently unavailable for an indefinite period. We are working diligently to restore the connection in collaboration with the concerned operators. No requests for refunds or compensation will be accepted for the inconvenience caused.



We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
