Just WOW!

The pool and the back view are EVERYTHING! Condo was cool and comfy and had everything we needed! What a secluded gem! We had an amazing time here. What great hosts.

Great View

We just returned after spending spring break in St Martin. The house is toward the end of Cul de Sac and views were great. The layout of the house is great having the rooms upstairs and downstairs for privacy. The house had everything you could need in the kitchen including many spices and staples. There was even some leftover liquor and lots of leftover Cointreau. Close 6-7 min drive over to all of the amazing restaurants in Grand Case and close to Orient Beach as well. Beach chairs were great to be able to pop around to different beaches and not have to rent lounge chairs at each one. It had a great RO water condensation dispenser so you don't have to buy tons of water at the store. Only suggestion and Tanjuy asked when we left if there was any suggestions and the only thing would be the couch since sits very deep but we really only used it at the end of the day when we came home from dinner. It was our first time on the island really enjoyed the French side more than the Dutch and we drove all around the island.

Great stay in Cul de Sac!

This villa has EVERYTHING our family of four could need for a weeklong stay on SXM. The property finishes, location, privacy, views and pool area were exactly what we needed for a spring getaway.

Beautiful Home in Paradise

We stayed at this home for 9 days in February. It overlooks Orient Bay with a lovely view and a private swimming pool. The house is decorated with a modern style and has all the amenities for a beach vacation. The location is excellent as it is convenient to the key spots in the French side of the island -- Orient Beach is a 10 min drive. The supermarket is 5 min away so easy to shop for breakfast at home and evening wine. Tanguy was extremely helpful with everything we needed, recommendations and knowledge of the history/character of the St. Martin.

All is in the title ! The villa is great, The view on the island of Saint Barth is just gorgeous, and instead of writing a commentary, one should be able to send a picture !

St. Martin VILLA I LOVE VIEW

Our stay at the villa was fantastic. We stayed 7 nights. The host and hostess were incredibly friendly and accommodated our every need. They also offered helpful suggestions for activities, as we had rented a car for the week to explore the island. The hostess speaks French, Spanish, and English. In terms of the villa itself, it is located in the peaceful cul-de-sac on the French side of the island. The villa has been recently renovated with a a modern design style. The bathrooms and kitchen are all newly updated. The two upstairs bedrooms were used by our daughters. Each upstairs bedroom has its own shower. The master bedroom is downstairs and offers privacy for the adults, and has its own dedicated bathroom and shower. All three bedrooms have king beds. The view to the bay is as advertised. The pool water felt great after our days at the beach and there is an area to rinse off the sand prior to entry. The lights on the deck and in the pool are very beautiful at night. Also located on the pool deck is a covered area with a built-in grill and RO water filtration machine for personal water dispensing. One last side note, there is a large supermarket and pharmacy conveniently located near the villa. We very much enjoyed our visit to the island!
