We had a wonderful stay. The pool was clean and beautiful. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and the main square. Beds were comfortable. We would stay again.

there are little bugs that are on the wall/counters very small did not bother us. We understand that we are in the tropics overall nice spacious close to the beach! Pool was really well kept and cleaned.

Steps from the sand and the perfect size pool (sun warmed it up fast) so we were able to enjoy it after full days at the beach.

Wonderful!

All descriptions were accurate and the location was perfect! Just steps from multiple beaches and restaurants and the perfect place to come back to for some family time. Communication was excellent and anything we needed was just a phone call away. Our entire family had an amazing stay!

2025 winter break

Five or six adults fit very comfortably in this beautifully appointed home. 100 meters to the gorgeous beach. Two beach front restaurants on either side. Your own pool and pool area. Walking distance or a five minute drive to numerous outstanding restaurants and Bistro’s.

Dreamy French Villa

We loved everything about Villa MACASSI 4! Kitchen was well appointed. We cooked many meals and felt right at home. Two suggestions - we needed more trash bags, and the shower water could’ve been a little warmer. Location to Orient Bay was amazing as was having our own private pool! Thanks for a great week!

Great house !

We shared the house with another couple, it was perfect for the 4 of us. Quick walk to the water and also to the restaurants and grocery stores. The house was clean, well appointed with nice spaces to relax. We loved having our own pool, both our bedrooms shared a large veranda with beautiful views. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend!

A Great Stay and A Great Location

Our party of 6 (3 couples) stayed here last week. It was clean and well kept with many amenities. Magali met us and checked us in explaining how to use the tv and wifi. The pool was a great dip pool after a long day at the beach. The beach is located right at the end of the street where we were located. There are many beach restaurants/bars and shops within walking distance. The porch was a great place to play cards in the evening, and the AC in all the rooms was an awesome addition for sleeping. The cooler and folding chairs came in handy for a quick walk to the beach. Thank you Magali for an excellent vacation!

Steps to the beach

This property is well located by Coco Beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house is nicely equipped with essentials. I was there with just my daughter, but if we had a "full house" of six, there were only four dining chairs. Fine for us, but perhaps not for a larger party. The beds are very firm and could use some new pillows but overall, this was a great place to call home for a week.

My family enjoyed the rental, overall. We had an issue with the AC the last 2 days but that didn’t totally spoil our getaway. The sofa bed on the top floor is not comfortable for an adult. I had to purchase an air mattress for my son while he was up there. Being that close to the beach was great. All of the instructions made for a smooth rental experience Thanks for taking our booking.

Great stay. Property was just as listed. Walking distance to everything. Only minus and it could have been our mistake was it needs to mention on the listing that it is on European power not North American so we could have brought the right adapters.

Location Great Accommodations

We were a family of five that stayed at the property - 2 adults & 3 children. The accommodations of the Orient Bay Macassi house were perfect for our first time being at Saint Martin. The location being so close to the beach and walkable to the small village of Orient Bay was amazing. The location was also easy for us to explore the island (we rented a car). The house was more equipped than other VRBO houses we have rented before - between the kitchen supplies, beach/pool toys & cooler, beach towels, and other supplies this made our stay even more enjoyable. Other amenities like each bedroom having their own shower & air conditioning also made the stay as everyone had their own space/control over their space. Easy communication with the host as well - available & quick to respond via the VRBO messages and/or text message. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The villa was perfect for our needs. Super close to the beach and a short walk to bars and restaurants. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. There was beach mats and chairs for us to borrow. There's a clothes washer, but no dryer but a drying rack set up right outside the front door. It's warm enough outside that hanging out clothes to dry was not an issue at all. The area outside the front door is covered so they still dried even if it rained. Plenty of towels so we didn't need to pack our own. Beds were firm but comfortable. We spent a lot of time outside and got eaten by mosquitoes and no seeums so bug spray is a must. Check in/out was easy. We had a blast and would absolutely stay here again!!!

We'll be back!

My partner and I stayed here for a week with my sister, his sister and their husbands. The property was exactly as pictured and had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was nicely equipped and stocked with basic essentials. There was a cold beverage waiting for us on check-in, Cathy gave us a tour of the property and showed us how to use the appliances. The pool area was extremely private, perfect place to have a swim and a drink before dinner. Located just steps from Orient Beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants in the Village. We had an incredible vacation. Thanks so much!

We loved our stay!

We had the best time at Marcassi 4! It was perfect for our family of 5 (2 parents, 2 college daughters and 1 teen son). It is very close to Orient Bay Beach. You can see it from the balcony. We only stayed at Orient one day, and visited other beaches or did excursions the others. We adore French Saint Martin and will be back! The house is very well equipped and comfortable. Cathy was very prompt and greeted us as soon as we arrived from the airport. The only complaint is the WiFi, it was spotty, but I think that is expected on a Caribbean island. We hope to visit again soon! ❤️❤️

Beautiful Orient Beach Property

Macassi 4 was a very fun house to stay in for a week. The location so close to the beach was excellent and the proximity to restaurants and shops allowed us to go out in the evening without worrying about having drinks with dinner and then driving home. The house has 3 bedrooms but we only used to 2 on the upper floor. I was glad we didn't have a 3rd couple because the main level room was much smaller and the toilet is only accessed by going into the hall. If you had kids, the main level bedroom would be great for them. The house has hurricane shutters that work well to secure the property at night and when you are out for the day.Magalie was an amazing property manager who was always available to cheerfully answer questions and provide us with what we needed.

Great house and location

As my ratings are all excellent I do want to bring up an issue we had. And before you read this, let me say, we called Magalie the next day and she came over to talk to us, although, there wasn't anything she could do about the event. We did feel better after she left. There was a Festival around New Year's at CoCo Beach that was extremely loud for 9 continuous hours on January 3rd, mainly the bass. We went over there twice and asked them to turn it down, which they didn't. Of course this was the day we decided to relax by the pool and eat dinner at the house. They said it would be over at 1:00 am and my son still had to go over at 1:10 am yelling so the DJ could even hear him - to turn it off. Apparently there were two other nights of celebration before we arrived. So if you go over New Year's check what hours their festival is scheduled and either plan to join them, or spend the evening out.

Orient Bay Beauty

We rented this property for 10 days in April as a family of 5. The pictures were 100% accurate, the property was lovely. Out of the bustle of Orient Bay, but close enough to walk over if you wanted. Very clean and well-appointed with a cute little kitchen and all the necessary amenities. There was also welcome beer and drinks in the fridge which was really nice. Two balconies that were great to lounge on, and there is a view of the ocean from the top floor. At night you can hear the waves from the master bedroom! We were also provided club discounts on beach loungers which was a fantastic perk. You had a gorgeous view of the mountains from the pool area - very private & cozy. We were also given large beach towels to use during our stay. We really enjoyed the space. Some things to keep on mind about this property/Orient Bay, • We were only provided with 1 roll of toilet paper per washroom, no paper towels • You are only provided with one set of house towels. I asked for a 2nd set mid way through our stay, and were told to use the washing machine. You will need to buy your own laundry detergent. *Important* the French side of St Martin is going through a water conservation issue. We had the water shut off 4 times during this stay. It would have been nice to have direct updates (real time) on this from the concierge as a courtesy. This all being said, we had a great time!! All said, we would book this property again!

Overall, our stay was good. The house itself needs updating. Many old features in the house. The pool needs a complete makeover. We thoroughly enjoyed the upstairs balcony, though it needs furniture. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
