The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this spacious and bright apartment! Completely renovated by an interior designer, it is designed to accommodate up to four travelers. Quiet and well appointed, it is perfectly suitable whether you come with family, friends or on business.



The apartment includes:

• A bright and welcoming living room: the lounge area has a Smart TV, a double sofa bed and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.

• A sleeping area: the bedroom has a Queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and very comfortable bedding, as well as storage space.

• A bathroom: the bathroom includes a modern shower and all the necessary equipment: hairdryer, soap & shampoo.

The toilet is separate.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A fully equipped open kitchen with a ceramic hob, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso machine, as well as all the necessary utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: this space includes a dining table and chairs.

The apartment also includes a drying rack, an iron and an ironing board.

A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch at popular addresses like Fragments or Café Oberkampf, and lunch or dinner at renowned restaurants such as Septime La Cave or Le Chateaubriand, known for their inventive cuisine and friendly atmosphere. For your daily shopping, several supermarkets and local shops are within walking distance, such as Franprix, Monoprix, bakeries and greengrocers for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. Immaculate Arrival and Departure: Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure to ensure the apartment is spotless.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Services:

Child Amenities: If you need a cot and high chair, please inform us 72 hours in advance. These items are subject to availability.

Note: Baby linen is not provided.



Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit Requirement:

Security Deposit: A deposit of €250 is required for accessing the property, payable online only via credit card through SWIKLY. Refunds are processed from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines:

Neighborly Conduct: Respect the peace and quiet of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deposit deductions.

Construction Notice: Be aware of ongoing construction inside the building; we cannot assume responsibility for this.



Internet Access:

Usage Guidelines: Avoid unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions.



Age Requirement:

Minimum Age: The minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under 21 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the required age. No refunds will be given if this rule is not adhered to.
