It is perfectly suited to a large family, intergenerational holidays, holidays with friends or families with children. The large private and secure swimming pool promises many hours of fun.

From the entrance, the view opens onto the living room (72 m2), the open kitchen and the swimming pool.
A pantry, 3 Kingsize bedrooms, (one with 1 separate shower room), 1 Queensize bedroom and a 25 m2 dormitory with 4 single beds, 2 separate shower rooms with sink and wardrobe, 2 toilets, 1 of which has washbasin.
Each bed is equipped with a mattress protector, a duvet and a pillow, a pillow protector; all bedrooms are equipped with cupboards or dressing rooms, bedside tables and bedside lamps, hangers. All rooms in the house are equipped with shutters.

In the pantry-laundry room, washing machine, 2 fridge freezers, large cupboard, ironing board, iron, cleaning equipment and vacuum cleaner... are at your disposal.

The fenced garden, the L-shaped swimming pool (8x4 +4x4) with wooden deck, secure, the solarium terrace, the 72 m2 terrace, partially covered, the barbecue and the pizza oven will allow you to have a good time. You will find sun loungers, adirondack chairs, dining table for 12 people, table chairs and armchairs, side table...
An independent room is at your disposal to store bicycles, surfboards, suitcases, ....

The following services
- A cleaning package (dusting, vacuuming and maintenance of floors and sanitary facilities) does not include cleaning dishes, cookware and small utensils.
- Linen supply: 1 bed set/person/living room, 2 kitchen towels, 1 shower/bathroom/living room mat.
Possibility to rent additional bed linen (14€/pers/week) in the case of a stay of 14 days or more, at your convenience.
The cleaning fee (end-of-stay cleaning) and the supply of bed linen are included in the price.

- From 15 May to 15 September, the pool can be heated at your request (your electricity consumption will then exceed the package included in the price, the excess will be calculated at the price of the kWh of the moment).

Deposit, damages and incidental costs:
- You may be held responsible in the event of damages, losses, ... during your stay.
- An electricity consumption of 170 kwh/week is included in the price, the excess will be counted at the average price at the time of stay and deducted from your deposit.

Payment terms:
50% on booking, balance 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation deadlines are set according to the time zone of the property. See also cancellation policy.
