You have discovered Paradise in a secluded community on the Emerald Coast.
This gorgeous, well maintained, 2150 sq ft villa is nestled in the tree canopy with spectacular ocean views. Redonda Bay offers a natural habitat for monkeys, birds, butterflies and at certain times of the year you will see whales and dolphins.
We offer 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
The Villa is perfectly situated atop the cliff to enjoy ocean views and sunsets all year round.
With such a large living area inside and outside the villa there will be no shortage of space to visit with your family and friends and or to sit back and relax in total privacy.
The Villa features a very large (50 ft) wrap around covered deck that stretches the entire width of the house. The deck opens onto a pool deck with loungers and a large private pool. The large wrap around deck has comfortable sitting areas, with rocking chairs and side tables and a hammock.
As guests of our Villa you have full access to our private beach Playa Redonda, a 5 minute walk away. The white sand beach is tucked into a cove which makes it one of the few swimmable beaches in the area. The beach is a natural habitat for sea turtles and they are protected. Witnessing a baby turtle release is an amazing experience.
Enjoy the restaurant/bar situated at water’s edge. The Spa has a full range of massage therapy and body treatments. The restaurant/bar, spa treatments and use of water sports equipment are at your own expense.
We have a Welcome Book in the Villa which includes important phone numbers and points of interest.
