Your private lower-level apartment offers convenient off-street parking and its own entrance. Inside, you'll find 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a comfortable living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry—everything you need for a carefree beach getaway. Best of all, you're just a 2-minute walk from the beach, making it easy to spend your days soaking up the sun, searching for seashells, or taking evening walks along the shore. When you're ready to cool off, enjoy our spacious 16' × 32' private swimming pool, shared only with guests staying in the upstairs apartment. Pool heating is available October through March for $299 per stay, maintaining a comfortable temperature of approximately 80–90°F, weather permitting.
