Bienvenue dans cette belle maison de famille d'environ 250 m2 (3 chambres et un espace mezzanine), et sa piscine chauffée privée ( ouvert à la belle saison). Vue unique sur la nature au calme dans un hameau.
Idéalement situé pour découvrir la vallée du Don, de la Vilaine et de l'Oust. De nombreuses ballades pour petits et grands sont à faire dans le pays des 3 riviÚres.
Maison : 1 chambre au rez de chaussée (lit double), 2 chambres à l 'étage (2 lits double) et un espace mezzanine (2 couchages simples). Magnifique métairie revisitée par ses propriÚres.
