Fantastic house with a of space and facilities

We stayed with two families and had a great time. The house and garden are nice places to be together. The swimming pool is not so big but also nice and a good place for relaxing and playing. The landlord is very friendly and the communication was good. We recommand thuis house to others for sure!

4 chambre au lieu de 5 et communication impossible avec les gérants

Je suis désolée d'avoir a rédiger ce commentaire mais n'ayant pas eu de compréhension et d'échange avec les propriétaires, c'est le seul endroit où je peux exprimer mes regrets après cette location . Le problème principal est que la villa ne comporte que 4 chambres. Les propriétaires on remplace un lit dans une chambre par un billard, auquel on ne peut pas jouer d'ailleurs car les murs sont trop proches du billards, donc pas de place. Et donc mon père a du dormir dans un canapé lit défectueux au milieu de la salle a manger ou nous prenions nos repas . Bref. Nous avions choisi cette maison car elle comportait 5 chambres. Nous en avions besoin . Les propriétaires ont condamné une chambre et ne nous en ont pas informé. Nous l'avons appris le jour de notre arrivée et ils ne nous ont rien propospropose pour compenser la situation. De plus le ménage avait été fait en partie et as terminé , les ustensiles et objets de la cuisine étaient sales. La propriétaire a expliqué qu'ils avaient eu un dégât des eaux pour la chambre et que les locataires précédents avaient été sales et donc qu'ils n' avaient pas eu le temps de nettoyer a fond... bref. Elle nous a proposé oralement de nous offrir une compensation financière pour la chambre manquante et de ne nous faire payer que la moitié des frais de ménage. Mais depuis, rien ne s'est passé et elle ne nous répond pas. Je suis donc passe par Abritel pour régler ces soucis. Pour l'instant rien n'est fait. notre une pld billard. escensde plujours

Proprietaire sympathique à l’écoute et réactif. Maison adapté pour familles. Nous avons séjourné à huit, 4 adultes et quatre enfants. Agréable vue sur le village de Fayence.
