Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming flat with a surface of 33 m² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a living room of 16 m², an open plan kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace.

The flat is composed as follows :

- A 16 m² living room facing south-west with TV, sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed) and a dining area for 4 guests.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A partly covered terrace of 8 m² facing South-West with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

Le Cormoran "Mixed feelings 🙂 Good location, close to beach and restaurants. Comfortable bed, 🙁 The terrace was quite dirty. The view is hindered when sitting down because we were right above the roof of the swimming pool. The tiles and wall of the terrace were very dirty so not really inviting to have breakfast/diner. The neighbours above us removed the water from their terras by simply swiping it off on ours."
