Novaä - Apt à 200m de la plage et palais des congrès

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Antibes, this charming flat air-conditioned with a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 4 travellers, at only 200m of the beach of Juan-les-Pins and the Palace of the Conventions. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 15 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet

Outside :
- A west facing balcony of 8 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Antibes, in a very pleasant environment in the heart of the Golden Square of Juan Les Pins. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Great Location

A great location with a well equipped apartment. A quiet apartment block but we did endure work being done on the property which we were not informed about and while we appreciate work sometimes has to be done some notice would have been appreciated. However overall we would be happy to return .

Disponibile un box un po' piccolo ma indispensabile vista la carenza di parcheggi, io sono riuscito a farci stare una BMW 320d Touring 2013, auto più larghe o più alte potrebbero non entrare. Noi abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e il ordine, presente tutto quanto promesso nell'annuncio, eravamo in 4 due adulti e due bambini. Nel complesso consigliatissimo."

Novaä Logement standart, bien situé, propre, bonne literie. Aurait pu être au calme si le bruit occasionné par le réfrigérateur n'avait pas été intempestif. Le problème a été signalé à l'agence chargé de ce logement et je ne saurais trop conseillé aux futurs locataires de vérifier si cela a été résolu. Pour ceux dont les vacances riment avec absence de cuisine, signalons la présence d'un excellent traiteur : Vial, 14, rue Sainte-Marguerite.

Novaä Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Strand super fußläufig zu erreichen. Tiefgaragen Stellplatz super, allerdings nur für ein sehr kleines Auto, für uns war es bestens Fiat 500. Netter Balkon. Sehr ruhige Anlage, mitten im grünen. Restaurants gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nach Antibes Altstadt nur 30min zu Fuß. Bett war angenehm. Wir würden wiederkommen.
