House located in a highly sought-after neighbourhood for its tranquillity, idyllic setting very close to the sea, 1.3 km from Tanchet Beach (18 minutes on foot), 1.2 km from the Zoo, 1.7 km from the Thalassotherapy centre and Casino des Pins.
Beautiful bike rides or hikes will take you along the wild coast (Puits d'enfer, Cayola, Talmont St Hilaire) or towards the Grande Plage of Les Sables d'Olonne, seafront promenade, pedestrian streets...)
The house consists of 2 bedrooms, a 160 bed and a 140 bed
In the living room, a 140 sofa bed, TV, free wifi (fibre)
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, two refrigerators, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso
A 12m² veranda
