Updated-All New- Ski Slope View-Close to Gondola and Town

This condo is for the discriminating guest. The condo has been totally renovated and updated.. The wood floors (no carpeting), new furniture and all new kitchenware to make you feel safe during these difficult times.
Limited reviews since we just started renting this condo.
1. We offer Corvid guideline cleaning
2. View is just amazing. Watch the skiers coming down River Run slope.
3. Location is perfect. Short walk to gondola, 1200 feet. Short walk to shops and restaurants.
4. Quiet location. No shops or outdoor bars and restaurants to disturb the quiet.
5. Located in SilverMill Building unit 8267 (close to elevator)
6. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of glasses, dishes an cookware for any gourmet cook.
7. Bedroom end tables and chest gives you plenty of area to unpack. No living out of a suitcase.
8. Entry way hooks and bench gives you a place for your ski clothing and boots.
9. Dining table sit four comfortably
10. Bathroom has been redesigned to give you places to unpack toiletries.
11. Bedroom features a new queen mattress.
12. Plenty of extra pillow and blankets for queen sleep sofa.
13. Smart Flat screen TV's in the den and bedroom.
14. Professional management company for unexpected needs.
15. Contactless check in.
16. Private balcony with a view of the slopes and looks down over hot tubs.
17. Updated lighting in all rooms.
18. Parking is unassigned in the parking garage. You will receive 1 parking permit for the underground garage. Overflow parking is available in Hunki Dori, Gold Bug, Mountain House A,B,D,E lots for self pay. Free overflow parking is available in the Keystone Lodge and Spa Lot near the conference center.
19. Den has a queen size memory foam sofa bed.
20. Condo is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.

Spring skiing

Spent 10 days enjoying some great spring skiing at abasin and copper mt. The property was ideal for a single traveler and is conveniently located for skiing in Summit County. Really enjoyed my stay!

Wonderful Ski Condo!

Based on experience sometimes I am skeptical about people claims on how close condos are to ski lift but if anything this one was undersold. So close to the cool shops and best lift. So appreciative of the great property with very clear instructions about the process and how to enjoy the unit.Thank you! 5 stars all the way

Location, location, location

Three night stay in Keystone for myself and my sons for a boys ski trip. The condo is small.for four but had everything we needed and we made it work without issue. The ski locker fits four sets of skis and poles but everything else will have to come into the condo (and some precaution is needed to protect the floors from snow melt). The kitchen is more than adequate and the singke bathroom was in great shape. The condo seems to have been freshly repainted so everything was very fresh. The fireplace was great to keep out the chill. Only complaint was with the bed pillows...they were flat cotton balls with very little support - certainly not an issue for everyone. We'd certainty come back!

Really enjoyed this property! It’s very clean, well-maintained (The balcony furniture, pots and pans looked new.) and in a great location (Gondola around the corner, and I could skiers coming down the hill from my window.) Would stay here again!

Fun New Years ski trip!

My husband, daughters, and I stayed here over New Years and we had a great time! We had the perfect view of the fireworks from our balcony. Everything was as described, easy to pick up our keycards and even got to check in early which was not very since we did day before pick up for our skis. Location couldn’t be better, we will definitely be back! Thank you Linda!

Long weekend get away

Amazing location. Clean, well maintained condo. Excellent for a couple or small family. Communication was great. Parking was easy. We hope to be able to stay again. Made for a great father daughter ski weekend.

Very nice unit. Clean and a short walk to the heart of River Run Village and the gondola. I'd book this unit again in a heartbeat!

Will stay again

This is a cozy well equiped condo in a perfect location! We were able to stay for 10 days and enjoyed our time here. The building we were in experienced an issue with HOT water and we were without for 3 days, however the owner was very proactive in getting updates for us and even refunding $300.00 of our stay, all the while she was on vacation out of the country!!! We were very apprecitive of her kind gesture and look forward to staying here again hopefully next summer!

All the comforts of home

This condo was the perfect home office while our son was at ski camp. Underground parking, hot tubs, fireplace, balcony, and fully stocked kitchen made for both a relaxing and productive stay. The two humidifiers the hosts keep in the closet made the adjustment to high altitude so much easier. I truly enjoyed this rental and will likely return!

Ski vacation

Location was amazing. Place was little to clutter for me. To much furniture and extra kitchen appliances etc. I would recommend getting rid of some cups etc. don’t need 20 cups etc for place that only fits 4 max. Racks in closest and bathroom can go. But overall it was good thanks

Great location!

We loved staying here! Great location and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was my husband and I and two daughters, ages 8 and 12 and it was just right for us. Getting the keys was a little confusing and out of the way. We drove up that morning and skiied before checking in. Close to 4:00 my daughter and I skiied one more round while my husband and other daughter had to drive to a different location and wait in the traffic to get the keys and then drive back to the underground parking lot. Just took some extra time. But other than that we loved it and will definitely stay again!

Perfect for a short ski trip

We’ve stayed at the Silvermill building several times in the past. The building is in the perfect location with regard to limiting your walking to lifts/restaurants/bars/shopping. This particular unit has nicely updated decor and finishes. We locked ourselves out of our unit and the management was very responsive in getting us back in immediately with an on site back up key. Nothing but good things to say here!

Awesome stay

The condo and the location were perfect. We stayed with our two children (5 and 9) and had plenty of room. River run had everything we needed and did not have to leave for out entire stay.

Nice place and great location

Very nice/updated place, well-stocked and clean. Couldn’t be happier with the location as really anything you need is within walking distance. Property company didn’t have the key in the lockbox by the indicated time, so that caused a brief panic but after going to the office, they were able to provide us with the key cards. Couldn’t get the fob for the ski locker to work but not a big deal. Would be great if bedroom had curtains to block a bit more light at night. Otherwise I would highly recommend!

We have been skiing in the US since 1980. Keystone River Run is our favorite ski resort. It is a safe family atmosphere. We find the slopes less crowded than Breckenridge and Vail. So it was an easy decision to buy a condo at River Run.

River Run has great ski runs that are kept immaculate. There ability to make snow gives you an opportunity to ski early and late in the season.
