Located in one of Keystone's best resorts, this 1-bedroom ground-floor condo is a short walk to the gondola and village. Leave your car in the heating parking garage - everything is right outside. Cozy up to a gas fireplace in the living room or walk out the back door patio and right into a resort-style, year-round pool area with gazebo, fire pit, gas grill, 2 large hot tubs and an awesome heated pool. Fully stocked kitchen, pull-out couch, jetted tub, ski locker. Newly remodeled lobby!

Modern one-bedroom unit with comfortable seating for four in the living room, dining table for four, fully stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, pull-out couch with queen bed, TVs in living room and bedroom, small bedroom closet, full bathroom with jetted tub and built-in hair dryer, heated garage, ski locker, shared laundry room, great pool with small water slide and two larger hot tubs as well as a shared gas grill and fire pit, and a lobby with a pool table, kids play room, movie theater, steam room and small fitness area. Ground floor unit right by lobby, small patio with two chairs out back looks out on pool area. You can access the pool directly from the patio door.
Maximum occupancy: 4 guests (infants count as guests)

Entire condo unit plus heated garage parking for one car with trash-recycling area and all shared areas including pool and lobby amenities.
Other things to note
The location of this particular unit is extremely convenient - ground floor; walk out back door to pool and village, near elevators from garage and the closest unit to lobby, gym area, kids room, steam room, theater and common fireplace/lounge. But PLEASE NOTE: proximity to the lobby also means you can sometimes hear noise from the common area and gym in the unit living room and on occasion the bedroom.
Important note: A new condo development is under construction next to this building and next to the pool area. There might be temporary rerouting of nearby paths and roads to the gondola and village, as well as construction noise in the morning and during the day. A discount has been applied to nightly rates.
