Balsam Lodge A3 is a lovely one-bedroom, one-bathroom, 806 square foot condo centrally located between Jackson and Teton Village. This mountainside home is both spacious and comfortable, featuring multiple sleeping options to accommodate up to five guests at a time. With the option to hang out on the back deck or curl up next to the fireplace, Balsam Lodge A3 is the perfect spot to make your home away from home.

This home is nestled in the Aspens, a neighborhood conveniently situated between picturesque Grand Teton National Park and the charming town of Jackson. In winter months, the renowned Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a mere ten minute drive or START Bus ride away. Come summer, the Granite Canyon entrance to the national park is just a short five-mile jaunt away. Additionally, relish the convenience of having a variety of shops, restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and a quaint local market right at the entrance to The Aspens. Your dream Wyoming getaway awaits!

While this home does not offer air conditioning, it's essential to note that AC remains a relatively rare feature in Jackson Hole properties. Nevertheless, thanks to our elevated location and the temperate mountain climate, you'll discover that indoor temperatures can be managed effectively by following the guidelines outlined in the guest portal provided upon booking.

Excellent location for visiting Grand Teton and Jackson Hole. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The place is small, but big enough for three adults. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans to prepare a hot meal at the end of your day.

We would stay again, the place was stocked with everything you would need, super clean, great location. We loved it bc it wasn’t in town, and close to everything. We had a bull moose that came through our parking lot and it was amazing to see. The communication was amazing, they text several times throughout the stay making sure everything was ok. I really liked that bc I have stayed at places and no one will call or text back when you have issues.

Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the overall experience felt comfortable and hassle-free.There’s a convenient shortcut just a 2-minute walk out the back to a nearby bus stop, where you can catch a 1 ride to Teton Village.

Kitchen was on the small size but it was clean, well appointed with new or newer appliances, cooking pots, pans and utensils. I would stay at this site again. We only stayed for 1 night. The main bed was comfortable.

Amazing Location & Stay

We enjoyed or stay so much! Located only 15 mins from Jackson and 10 mins from Teton Village! Within walking distance from a mini grocery store, bar and gym. When we come back we will definitely be staying here.

Excellent Stay

We stayed at the property three nights. The space and location was great. Property was well equipped with everything that we needed. Property was freshly cleaned.They had everything we needed including dish washing, shower gel, and most importantly dye free washing liquid.Communication was great. Would stay there again!

Great stay

Location is great and very central to Teton Village, Grand Teton National Park, and the town of Jackson. Unit has been updated and modernized with a super comfortable bed and good appliances in the kitchen. Host staff communication is very responsive to any question or ask.

Great visit!

We had such a wonderful visit to Jackson Hole! The place was so clean and cute! Perfect for our amazing trip. We loved being able to cook a lot of our own meals and wash out clothes in the washing machine and dryer. Thank you!

Nice condo

The condo was a great pit stop for us. The games were a big hit with my kids. Only negative was there were no sheets for the pull out couch that we needed so my kids had to sleep without them. Otherwise, a good place to stay.

Great stay

Had a great trip. The space was small and but very functional. Was able to cook dinner a few nights with no issues. Really liked that they even had a rice cooker. There is currently construction taking place nearby but we were waking up early enough it wasn't an issue. Definitely need a good vehicle in the winter since the parking area was covered in snow and ice and was a bit slippery when the temperatures would swing.

Outpost Balsam Condo

We had a very good experience at this condo outside Jackson Hole. It was convenient to both Jackson and the Grand Tetons. The condo was clean when we arrived and everything was in good working order. Outpost did a great job communicating with us during our stay to make sure we were happy with everything. The condo met our needs for the price

Accurate, clean, great location!

Two friends skiing at JHMR. The single bed near the kitchen was perfectly fine for a male adult. The kitchen was well stocked. Heaters & Wood burning fireplace worked well. Arrival gifts from Outpost including ground coffee and donuts was a nice touch. Great location splitting the difference between the resort and downtown. I would stay again.
